I have no idea how there are truthfully so many five star reviews on here because this thing is pure garbage. It weighs a ton. I didn't realize that it took so long to make a drink. I suppose it's ok for parties but seems obsolete for one person on regular basis. First time I plugged it in, it gave me an error that said contact customer service (a millennial's nightmare). I unplugged it and plugged it back in which reset it. However, after 45 mins of this thing spinning, it simply poured out cold liquid. I used pre mixed TGIF drink. After reading the troubleshooting, I decided to add water thinking the alcohol content was too much but still nothing. In reading other comments, you basically have to be a drink mix chemist to get the right balance to make this thing work. Who has that kind of time ? A complete hassle this thing it. I returned it.

So I bought this as a Christmas gift for my kids. I wanted it all set up for Christmas morning with frozen Butterbeer. I took it out of the box 2 days before and I had a feeling something would be wrong with it. It had clear oil all over the outside. Pretty sure it was shipped upside down and the condenser oil leaked. Anyway I tried to do a replacement online and it wouldn't work, so I figured I'd set it up, clean it and hopefully it would work. filled it up, turned it on and within 5 minutes it errored out with a condenser malfunction code. I had to go through chat to get a replacement. I hope this replacement won't have similar issues. They should have a CAUTION label to keep upright during shipping!!

This maching is great. i see reviews saying it wouldn't slush up liquids and it leak. you have to follow directions. theres a sticker on it that says...machine must be upright for at lease 2 hours before use. If you know anything about things with compressors is you can't have them laying on there side then stand them up and start to use them. the refregerant has to settle first or the maching wont work.

I received this for Christmas and love it. My 11 yr old thinks it's his gift. We've successfully made slushies and milkshakes with it thus far. I thought it was also a juicer. Yet, if so I haven't figured that part out as of yet. So far, so good. It was easy to assemble and to use while following the user guide. I highly recommend!

A slushie fan, I'm super excited to have this. I appreciate the troubleshooting tips because there is certainly a learning on curve to “will it slush”. If it's too thick it doesn't dispense very well and basically comes out in chunks. I highly recommend reading the booklet it comes with. Also, the plastic does stain depending on what you put into it. The very first thing I used was V8 Fruit Splash and it already stained the plastic. Though that may say more about the juice then the plastic.

So far I like it. Though I have to play with it more cause my triangle light comes on and I'm not doing anything wrong. I put in a pre made alcohol mixter you buy at local wine and spirit store . and pressed the button it called for in directions but ran shortly and then the warning light came on. very puzzling

Powers up easily in 15 minutes and ready to entertain the party, after or before work, or a smoothie after the gym. Had to tweak the recipes from the book. Figured out I can mix a drink in a 16 ounce cup then pour into the slush machine for an individual serving size.

But I just tried to use it last night and it stopped working in the middle of the shake like making a milkshake and we can't get it back to work. We troubleshoot it and unplugged it for a little bit to reset it. We cleaned it and it's still not working

The machine is satisfactory, but it has two notable issues: a knocking noise and the auger detaching from the cooling cylinder. As a result, I have to pour the drink into a pitcher, fix the auger back onto the cooling cylinder, and pour the drink back into the machine.

I love it cleanups just a little rough and also pouring the liquid into the little container on top is hard. I make a mess every single time because if you pour a little too fast, it starts to overflow. For little things it's not worth the mess unless you plan on having others over.
