This slushy machine is awesome. I wanted one really bad since I saw the ninja advertised but that one did not have very good reviews. This iceman slushy machine is everything I had hoped for. It is easy to set up, it works surprisingly fast and is super easy to clean. The touchscreen is visibly nice and buttons are easy to use. Comes with a manual that has full details and a mixer guide. We have used this machine with soda, juice and alcoholic mixes, it's a hit each time. Very happy to have this in my home and I can't to have a nice homemade slushy drink this summer in the backyard!

Great little machine & looks to be well engineered. First job, Coke slushie made without a hitch. Second job now making a fruit juice slushie. About 10 minutes in, it threw a two bars compressor error. Unit was stored upright from previous use, so freon coolant couldn't be the problem. Did a restart and everything working well so far.

I got it for a Christmas present. I love it .it does just what it was made for. The slushy are to die for. Smoothies are unbeatable. Would recommend it to anyone who loves a great frozen drink. The Ice man can't be beat. The price was no objection,It all worth it

Bought the Iceman 64oz XL RJ62-20A-SERIES (black) 12/26/2025 and used it nite if 12/26/2025 using the margarita recipe in the manual with Limeade. It said it was done in just 16 mins which was much faster than expected. Wasn't as slushy as we wanted so increased 2 more bars on the thickness cold setting. Came out decent slushy consistency but the taste of that recipe in the manual was AWFUL. No one would drink it, so my brother in law and I plowed through the 48oz of it but added more tequila and some triple sec to our glasses. It was still awful tasting recipe but each having 24oz of it with kicked up tequila quantity floated in our glasses did the trick. Looking forward to using it for something soon, but will NEVER use that margarita recipe from the manual. Can't believe that is the provided recipe….worse tasting margarita any of us have ever had.

Got this as a gift. Well crafted, easy to use, simple yet high quality process and end result. I'd recommend this slush maker to anyone who loves a nice cold beverage. Especially grateful to have this after years of attempting to chop up ice cubes in a blender (mostly unsuccessfully), or even in putting cubes in a plastic bag and smashing them with a kitchen implement. IceMan rules!

This machine is great plug-and-play usage. But you do need to understand sugar content and alcohol content and how it affects ice and freezing. That's the only downside. Honestly, I kinda wish it was a little more thoughtless and easy to use as it concerns mixes.
