Drinks come out great but machine starts making loud clunking sound and augar hits the front of the plastic.

So far so good! Just started my first batch…easy clean, good directions and seems to be working well.

So far okay. Haven’t quite figured out how to get the consistency we were hoping for even following recipes and instructions.

Getting ready to use it 1st time tomorrow. Very well built. Initial cleaning was easy. This is one of the main reasons I bought it.

Yes it was very easy to use , my first time using it I didn't think the slushie wasn't thick enough I will try again and see if it gets thicker

It was easy to use. Slush was great! Did not realize the cleaning mode took awhile. But excited to try another drink. Thanks for the fun!

Honestly I have not used it yet, it was recommended to me; therefore I purchased as a gift for my daughter

really like this machine. makes all kinds of drinks. got it for an even lower price than it is now. im satisfied

Used recipe book provided to make late frappe, used ingredients and settings suggested, machine froze up, screen became unresponsive.

I just received mine I have not used it just yet but I’m sure by the reviews I will not be disappointed
