We are really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Swiffer Duster Kit, Handle + Refills, Adele. It must upsetting that the product did not flush. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. For best results, fluff the duster before inserting it on the handle. Hold both ends of the duster and quickly move your hands up & down in a see-saw motion (alternating up & down). You may also pull at the fibers to further fluff them. The more fluffed the fibers, the better cleaning results you will get. If you are using regular Swiffer Dusters, try Swiffer Dusters Heavy Duty which feature 360 degrees of fibers.
