They cook food to perfection without the need of cooking spray or anything because they are made with an advanced diamond coating that is free of lead, cadmium, pfas, and pfoas. I have used these pans for cooking eggs and they never stick. Even things like fish and pancakes slide off easily and never stick or burn. They heat evenly and are a breeze to clean and can even be used in the oven or broiler. The handles are comfortable and stay cool to the touch throughout cooking. These frypans are a must for any cook that needs an excellent nonstick frypan set in their kitchen. I highly recommend.

With many pans I have struggled to keep them from sticking, especially recipes that do a lot of small steps to sautee the spices and flavors in. With this pan that was not a problem at all. I have not had anything at all stick to it since we got it. Time will tell if this holds out, but so far so great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan, it's my new favorite! It has a nice weight to it, not too light or too heavy. It sits on my burner with perfect balance. It has a Magneto base, making it perfect for induction stoves as well as regular. I was really impressed with how evenly it heats up. The tough nonstick ceramic is safe to use with metal utensils and to cook with minimal oils.

These pans are great, they last a really long time and they making cooking delicious meals easy. They can hold up in the dishwasher, but you should hand wash for longevity.

My schedule just does not allow for fussing with extra time clean up. It is great that the pan is "green" and does not give up any of the bad stuff for you. It is a reliable pan that will last me quite a while.

The pans are good and sturdy and do great for a variety of cooking. I've used them to sauté, fry eggs, cook burger and a few other things. No issues with sticking and the foods all cooked evenly. Easy to clean too!

I have used many different pans from cheap to pricey and this one definitely does the job even with non-stick spray! Nothing sticks, slides right out of the pan. It also heats evenly all around the pan. I recommend this!

It's ceramic nonstick enhanced with minerals. I cooked chicken with herbs in the frypan. It was delicious. Clean up was easy. I recommend this Valencia Collection Frypan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had these too long but I’ve gotten good use out of them eggs, pancakes, a few veggies and the nonstick has lived up to its name even though it advices against the use of oil! That takes getting used to but works well! I love the gray coloring , how it’s non chemically processed and how the handle doesn’t get hot while on the burner. If the pan keeps performing this well I may have to invest in other products from the brand !
