Love this pan! The updated nonstick coating and the overall build quality is much better than previous versions of the Valencia line I've owned, and it works great on my induction cooktop. Also, the size is perfect for small saute jobs, or just making a stack of perfectly sized pancakes :-)

I have used these pans for a couple weeks now and have enjoyed their performance immensely. Non-stick and easy to cleanup. I would definitely buy these again. I also like the green color.

I have used each of them three to five times. They are very light, easy to use and easy to wash. I am not sure how long the non-stick coating will last, but as of now it works perfectly.

This pan is da bomb! Gave it a quick wash coming out of the box and put it to work! Little bit of butter to do up fried eggs and they came out perfect, little fried edges and slid out the pan very easily! Love the lid as it helps to get the whites to cook without having to do an over easy. Cleanup was a snap, little soap & water, rinse & done. Heavenly!

These pans are amazing but do require care. I blew through my first set after a few years of hard use. This time now that my family understands not to use more than medium heat and to avoid metal utensils, I hope to keep the nonstick surface in. Enter shape for longer.

We've been using non-stick pans for years (decades), but these pans are by far the BEST pans we have ever owned! Nothing sticks to them and they heat up very evenly. Plus, the handles are comfortable and don't seem to get hot when on the stove. So it's truly a win-win! Non-toxic option that actually works great!

I've purchased these pans several times over the years. The first batch was not induction-ready, and I was sad when I got a new stove and they didn't work. I tried Misen carbon non-stick, which looked really promising, but ended up coming back to the Valencia non-stick. Luckily, the newer versions DO work with induction cooktops so... Yay!!! I've fallen in love with them all over again! :)

So completely non-stick that I accidentally let some food slide onto the floor. I was used to my old "non-stick" pans, which were actually semi-non-stick. The ceramic surface is much better than the coated surface of my old pans. Also these pans distribute heat much better than my old ones so I can turn the heat lower and still get excellent browning and heating but wiithout as much oil vapor when I'm frying. My only complaint is that, due to their super slick surface, oil doesn't distribute evenly across the pan. It flows to the low points so I have to be sure to move food around while cooking to be sure it gets in the oil. Pretty minor issue and definitely not a deal breaker for me.

The new pans are noticeably thinner and their overall quality feels inferior compared to the older versions. With induction cooking, I need to use a higher power setting to achieve the same heat as my old pans. I may consider other alternatives for future purchased of cookware.
