I have owned these pans for 2 weeks and am very pleased with their nonstick performance. I’ll write again in 6 months after getting an idea of their durability.

These are certainly different than the conventional nonstick pans I replaced. Super slick surface and super easy to clean. I love the flat bottom for use on my glass top electric range, the pan heats evenly and completely. I did invest in some pan protectors and I'm happy I did.

These pans are so very nonstick, everything glides right off and they are so easy to clean. The pans heat evenly and really hot. Cooking chicken, fish and veggies, super easy. I wish I had bought this product so much sooner. I have peace of mind knowing that it's nontoxic.

We've been using these pants for a long time and especially if you treat them correctly using the right utensils and the correct cleaning procedure. They are the easiest to use and require so little cleanup. They make the cooking experience truly amazing. We just bought a whole other set of the pans and I won't get anything else. I also love that you can have something clean and not coated and toxic chemicals that work so well.

We've been using non-stick pans for years (decades), but these pans are by far the BEST pans we have ever owned! Nothing sticks to them and they heat up very evenly. Plus, the handles are comfortable and don't seem to get hot when on the stove. So it's truly a win-win! Non-toxic option that actually works great!

So completely non-stick that I accidentally let some food slide onto the floor. I was used to my old "non-stick" pans, which were actually semi-non-stick. The ceramic surface is much better than the coated surface of my old pans. Also these pans distribute heat much better than my old ones so I can turn the heat lower and still get excellent browning and heating but wiithout as much oil vapor when I'm frying. My only complaint is that, due to their super slick surface, oil doesn't distribute evenly across the pan. It flows to the low points so I have to be sure to move food around while cooking to be sure it gets in the oil. Pretty minor issue and definitely not a deal breaker for me.

First tried Green Pans at my sister-in-laws and loved how nothing stuck to it! Finally went PFAS free and threw out all my old Teflon pans, and upgraded to this set. Love them and use them regularly for omelettes, cutlets, sautéed veges, etc. with just a touch of oil or butter. And, less expensive than Caraway.

This is my third Greenpan Ceramic frying pan. The Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 8" Frypan is a great little pan! I've found that it's perfect for eggs for one in the morning or for cooking one or two pieces of salmon. Following the directions to let it heat up, and adding a very small amount of oil or butter ensures that nothing will stick! In fact, I found that adding a little oil and then wiping it with paper towel is all that is necessary. Cleanup is super easy. I'm very happy with this purchase.

These pans are as advertised but you must take care of them. Every non-stick pan takes care to make it last but these give you peace of mind since they don't contain toxic materials. Pre-heat for 90 seconds and use lower heat, add a little oil (I prefer avocado or EVVO), use silicone utensils, and wash with a nonabrasive sponge.

I bought this pan after using a larger GreenPan frying pan for a year. I needed a smaller pan and loved the large one, so I went with the same kind again. These pans are durable, easy to use, and easy to wash, including dishwasher safe. It's a no brainer for me. I'll be buying GreenPan pans in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a durable, easy to use nonstick pan.
