The pan cooks evenly and even though it says to not use cooking spray, but oil and butter only, I have found that I don’t typically need anything because the nonstick pan really works. I also love how easy it is to clean. Since food doesn’t stick to it, cleaning is simple. I would recommend this to others.

But am finding that every one of its features is incredible. It is super durable. I do not have to worry about my kids accidentally scratching the pan since it is scratch resistant and trust me we have put it to the test. It does not scratch. I love that it is a bit deeper than most pans its size, making it easy to cook anything I want in it. I have used it to cook so many things and find it cooks everything amazingly well.

The pans are good and sturdy and do great for a variety of cooking. I've used them to sauté, fry eggs, cook burger and a few other things. No issues with sticking and the foods all cooked evenly. We use it to cook chicken and eggs and it’s no-stick features make for such an easy clean up! No more scrubbing to remove food, this pan really has revamped traditional fry pans! Definitely see myself grabbing for this pan first when cooking- highly recommend the 12” size as it allows you to cook two chickens at a time!

I bought this pan probably a year ago. I only use it very occasionally when I make eggs. I always use non-stick utensils and wash it with a soft sponge. I went to use it today and saw that it had a nick in the coating so I threw it away. Very disappointing.

The Green Pan brand is wonderful I have some of their other pans and they are amazing. Easy clean, non stick, and very durable. I love this 12" frypan. When I fry chicken I fry a lot and it usually takes forever because I can only fit a few pieces at a time. With this wonderfully big frypan, it cuts my time in half, cooks evenly, and holds a lot more at once. I don't know how I ever got by without this pan. I am in love with this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 12” frypan has been a game changer in our kitchen. First off, this is a great 12” frypan. This addition is the largest frypan I have in my kitchen now and it has been great for large meals. Our larger meals are usually stir fry or a veggie meal and sometimes our smaller pans are overflowing. The amount of space this pan has is awesome and the sides go up pretty high so no spillage. The pan is made from hard anodized aluminum and is supposed to be scratch resistance. Scratch resistance is huge to me. We have a lovely set from a very expensive company, and we haven’t even had them for a year and they are all scratched up. We like to keep our pans nice, so scratch resistance is key. Also, they suggest you only use wooden, silicon, or plastic utensils on this product. We only have wooden and silicon in our house so we steer clear of anything that could potentially scratch the product. So far, no scratches! We have used the pan many times since we got it and it is clear the nonstick works better than any other pan I’ve tried. We even had an accident where we burned some marinade on the chicken and the burnt pieces didn’t even stick to the pan. We were able to quickly rinse them out without needing to put in any elbow work. The pan really works like a charm. If you are looking for a safe nonstick pan GreenPan is truly the way to go. I trust in their products, and I’ll definitely be adding more pans to my collection.
