My first one lost it's nonstick quality over time, so I thought I'd give it another shot research showed that we were likely cooking incorrectly in our first pan. It seems that as long as you cook on medium heat or lower, this pan does great. So far, this pan has done well frying eggs, cooking ground beef, chicken, frying rice (which made a sticky mess in my other pan), and veggies. The key seems to be avoiding getting a layer of carbonized oil built up on the cooking surface, so something like bacon probably shouldn't be cooked in it. I'm satisfied so far after a few weeks of cooking in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan lives up to the claim. Follow the instructions - preheat on medium for 90 sec and use some oil. Nothing will stick to the pan! Eggs will slide right onto the plate. It's a good size - not too big, not too small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect small size fry pan. Great for every day use. It seems to heat evenly. I love that it is dishwasher safe. (The manufacturer recommends hand washing for the pan to last longer, but I prefer just to put it in the dishwasher and get a new one when I need to, saving time!) The handle doesn't get hot or anything. It has a nice non-stick coating, and it says you can even use it with metal utensils (though I'm so nervous about using metal with non-stick that I haven't tried it yet). But it hasn't scratched at all for me yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this set! The pan heats up quickly. Much quicker than my other regular pans. The spatula is great too. I find the egg molds kind of pointless. But they do make perfectly round eggs. To me it’s just another thing to clean. I guess it’s good for a sandwich though. I have also made scrambled eggs and the pan was so easy to clean!

I pride myself on the cooking utensils in my kitchen because I want something the cooks well, looks good, and cleans up easily. It also has to last long. The green pan is very versatile. The first thin I made in the pan was loaded home fries. First up was sausages. It cooked it very well without sticking. You don't need a high flame with this pan. Then I went on to bacon. It fried my bacon perfectly. You can only get a perfect slice a bacon with a quality fry pan. The bacon wasn't chewy or limp. I left the fats from both meats in the pan and fried up the potatoes with red onions. This pan does a phenomenal job of browning foods. The potatoes came out perfect. Add everything together along with some cheers and scallions - the perfect loaded home fries. The pan has a nice high enough wall that the foods won't fall out when tossing. The handle is riveted on, so no wobbly handles like other pots and pans. This 12" pan can be used on any type of stovetop. It's. Metal utensil safe. It's definitely non-stick, free of pfa's, lead and cadmium. It would make a nice stir fry, and you don't need any oil, or add a little Truffle oil for flavor. You can use it in the oven for cornbread or frittatas. You can even use it individually err the broiler. This is a professional grade cookware. It will make the amateur cook look like they're a great cook. I only wish it came with a top. Overall this pan is a must have in a kitchen. Definitely need it it in every size it comes in. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big time cooker. I cook 5 to 6 times a week sometimes more than once a day. Finding good quality pots and pans is hard to do sometimes. These are wonderful. I have made many different dishes in these and they are perfect every time. They are truly non stick. Sometimes pots and pans say that and they arent but I've never had food stick to these. Washing and cleaning them is also easy which is a huge plus as well.

Such as cheese, Twizzlers, chocolate, fried eggs, sugar, marshmallows and other foods but everything wiped right off. I was amazed! It's made out of quality material and I love the handle. This pan does as advertised and I would definitely recommend.

I can have peace of mind knowing that it is PFAS, PFOA, and lead free. It cooks evenly and clean up is easy. Although it is dishwasher safe, I have just hand washed and dried. I’ve been really happy so far and it has held up great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 12” frypan has been a game changer in our kitchen. First off, this is a great 12” frypan. This addition is the largest frypan I have in my kitchen now and it has been great for large meals. Our larger meals are usually stir fry or a veggie meal and sometimes our smaller pans are overflowing. The amount of space this pan has is awesome and the sides go up pretty high so no spillage. The pan is made from hard anodized aluminum and is supposed to be scratch resistance. Scratch resistance is huge to me. We have a lovely set from a very expensive company, and we haven’t even had them for a year and they are all scratched up. We like to keep our pans nice, so scratch resistance is key. Also, they suggest you only use wooden, silicon, or plastic utensils on this product. We only have wooden and silicon in our house so we steer clear of anything that could potentially scratch the product. So far, no scratches! We have used the pan many times since we got it and it is clear the nonstick works better than any other pan I’ve tried. We even had an accident where we burned some marinade on the chicken and the burnt pieces didn’t even stick to the pan. We were able to quickly rinse them out without needing to put in any elbow work. The pan really works like a charm. If you are looking for a safe nonstick pan GreenPan is truly the way to go. I trust in their products, and I’ll definitely be adding more pans to my collection.
