The pan is a comfortable weight with a handle that provides good stability and balance. The no drip edge keeps the stovetop clean after sliding my morning eggs onto the plate. Evening meals of fish or sautéed vegetables just slide over the slick surface and make a great presentation on my plates served.

This pan performed just as described on the Cook's Illustrated review. Eggs and pancakes just slide after cooking-unbelievably easy! No more scraping food out in pieces, thank goodness. And, it is so easy to clean too. I am just being very careful storing and cleaning the surface to avoid scratches.

I bought this Green Pan for my wife. She sautes food almost nightly. I ended up scouring the stainless steel pans in the sink. Now that she has the Green Pan i only have to wipe it with a little dish soap and a washcloth. It has made my life much easier. Not to mention how much she likes cooking with it. She says it cooks things evenly.

Somehow, I ended up with a small Green Pan ceramic saucepan. On a whim, I used it to make country gravy, and it was amazing! We are on propane gas which is hard to regulate the temperature. This pan was a dream, no sticking, no burning. So, I decided to try another Green Pan and bought the 11" frypan. It didn't disappoint! I plan to replace my all of mystarinless steel cookware with Valencia Ceramic.

Love this pan - I use it for eggs mostly - It’s the absolute best egg pan. Great for other things too. Super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Usually fond I don’t need the dishwasher though since nothing sticks to it it’s very quick and easy to clean in the sink.

Love my green pans. This is my second purchase from them. They are better than mytoxic nonstick pans ever were. I use these mainly for eggs and toast and sautéing vegetables. I use my stainless steel pans for meat because I feel they do a better job with the steering.

I bought one small fry pan at a local store and fell in love. It was non stick and cleaned up beautifully. Even my husband who cleans up after dinner commented on how easy it was to clean. I ordered the 3 set pan from the website on sale so I have multiple sizes to choose from. I feel healthier already using my green pans.

Love how nonstick they are…of course you still need a little butter/oil but things that used to burn in our other pots wipe right off in these! Con….we have had these pots/pans for a couple weeks and 3 of them already have chips in the bottom of them. No we haven’t used metal, set anything inside of them…and we have hand washed each time. I have no idea why the coating is flaking off after so little time but I’m really disappointed!!! I would have given them 5 stars if you would have asked me to rate them in the first week. Now…I have very little hope that they will last to see a year. Major bummer.

Excellent pans! I'm 64 and these pans are a game changer. Cooking with them makes it so easy to flip food and cook the food with no added sprays. The cleanup is so wonderful and was the 1st reason I purchased the pans. We needed a pan to replace our cast iron so that it could go from stove top to oven with easy cleanup. I'm planning on buying a set for my kids as Christmas gifts.

The Valencia Pro Ceramic Frypans are really amazing! I absolutely look forward to cooking meals. They are totally nonstick making it easy to move the food around the pan allowing for even cooking. And the best part the clean up is a breeze! Most importantly however is knowing I’m cooking more healthy for my family by not exposing them to harmful chemicals from the pans. I love these pans and highly recommend them!
