I have been a user of Green band cookware for the past seven years and thoroughly recommended. I just recently bought an induction stove and oven and needed to upgrade my cookware for compatibility so I just bought my second set of green pan and I couldn’t be more happy.

I love these pans! I can make fried eggs sunny-side-up, and they just slide beautifully onto the plate. With other pans I was rarely successful in making the smooth transfer from pan to plate, or toast, or whatever was on the plate. The clean up, following Green Pan's recommended steps, is easier than I could ever imagine. The three sizes are excellent for three different quantities. I"m very pleased with this purchase.

Had to purchase this pan because the Venice Pro is not available. Doesn’t match my set, but works beautifully all the same. Wish i was told upfront that the Mr Clean sponge works great to remove residue from cooking..my Venice Pro might have remained non-stick longer. Maybe Green Pan should include one with each order!

We received our frying pans just before Christmas and were able to use the 8 inch as well as the 11 inch one. Both heated evenly with no hot spots. We love the dark blue color. The 3 new pans will allow us to get rid of at least 5 random color pans. Nothing we have tried, sticks to the surface. Yea, we got rid of some teflon! Thank you for making our kitchen look and cook better.

Excellent pans! I'm 64 and these pans are a game changer. Cooking with them makes it so easy to flip food and cook the food with no added sprays. The cleanup is so wonderful and was the 1st reason I purchased the pans. We needed a pan to replace our cast iron so that it could go from stove top to oven with easy cleanup. I'm planning on buying a set for my kids as Christmas gifts.

I learned about these pans a while ago from Bobby Parish’s (FlavCity) videos on YouTube. I finally purchased a set and I’m so excited. The handle makes them so comfortable to use. I love knowing that I can still have nonstick without the use of Teflon! I would recommend these to anyone and I will definitely be adding to my collection in the future.

The positive reviews I had read before purchasing were accurate. I followed the directions concerning warmup, best temp range, fats and oils, and cleanup, and the pans delivered as advertised, with super easy cleanup. Also, I thought it was odd that reviewers reported that eggs cooked really well, until I cooked some eggs: omelettes, fretattas, and over easy....I hadn't had eggs that turned out so beautifully . Btw, I threw away my spray oils.

Best pans I've purchased and safe for my bird. In the past you couldn't use Teflon if you had birds and you were limited regarding non stick. This solved my problem. I've always had issues with food sticking and horrible clean up. These pans don't stick at all and cleaning is as simple as using a paper towel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for non stick pans.

I have been using GreenPan Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick cookware for over a year. Unlike conventional nonstick products, these pans (speaking about skillets) have shown no sign of deformation from high heat. No pans have shown any visible deterioration after months of heavy use. I will continue expanding my collection and can recommend these for use by cooks of any experience level.

I bought the 12" after I bought the 8",9.5" & 11" set. I love those so much I had to get the 12" one to complete my set. They perform like "magic", no higher then med heat is necessary. There heavy and induction ready. Clean up is a breeze as well. I should have bought these a long time ago; and I'm no "whipper snapper ". Buy them, take care of them and you'll have a set to be proud of.
