Pans are great! I have learned to cook on low to medium heat as advised by manufacturer and everything cooks perfect! I have purchased several nonstick pans including Calaphon and Ballarini - great pans but after a few years the surface begins to degrade. Green pans are significantly less than cost those listed. If all nonstick pans eventually fail ,I would prefer to pay a lesser price. I have bought 4 more pans since this purchase.

From eggs to zucchini, this pan does it all, Holds up well in case someone accidentally used a metal utensil on it. Cooks very even, and preheat time is very rapid! If a food starts to burn or leaves charr in pan, cleans right up to good as new in no time no green scratcher needed. This pan does it all!

Decided to switch to ceramic cookware and get rid of our teflon pans. The sage green color is very beautiful. The pans are very well made. Nice feel to the handle and a good weight. The 9.5 and 11 inch pans are actually the same size as our old 10 and 12 inch pans, the flat part. And the sides are a bit taller. I cannot get over how slippery they are! And the clean up so easily! We liked them so much we ordered two sets of 1 and 2 quart covered pots and a 3 quart covered pot from their Chatham line. And to top it off, we also ordered the 360 air fryer, which we also love, and the 11” Valencia pro griddle.

Love this set! Both pans are a great size- the smaller one I use for things like eggs and reheating a single serving of food. The larger one is good for cooking things like beans, lentils, curry, etc. These pans are light and the nonstick quality is incredibly nice! I love not having to soak and scrub pans anymore!

First impression is very positive- scrambled eggs with onion, peppers, turkey sausage and cheese came out very nicely without even a hint of sticking; the thin “skin” egg scraps on the sides of the inside of the skillet released with a light touch of a fingernail. Heated nicely and evenly on medium low, handle stayed cool, seems well constructed. Glass cover also nicely constructed but haven’t used yet. Reserving one star to get more experience with the skillet and to see how well the ceramic coating holds up over time. So far, so good…

We recently visited my sister-in-law, and while we were fixing breakfast (fried eggs) and I couldn't help but notice her pan -- it was delightfully non-stick but had a cool retro look to it. When I asked her what kind it was she told me GreenPan. (She always buy products that are health- and eco-conscious.) I liked it so much I now own two of them!

My husband and I both love these pans! They take a tiny bit longer to heat up over my gas burners but the pan heats and cooks evenly. They are so easy to clean and look beautiful. I will definitely be buying more to add to my collection. I can’t speak of their longevity since I’ve only had them for a few weeks, but at this point they look just like they did when I first bought them.

Since Covid I now cook breakfast every morning. Our induction non stick pans were a pain to clean and I really got tired of scrubbing scrambled egg off the inside, especially around the chromed rivets holding on the handles. My daughter suggested I give Green Pan a try and what a difference. Even the rivets are non stick. I loved the 8" egg pan so much I ordered two more pans.This morning I tried out the 11" pan for some fried potatoes. It worked great and cleaned up as easily as the egg pan.

I have had this pan for a few weeks and the frypan has been a joy to cook with. Non-stick surface works great. Easy clean up. On medium heat the pan gets very hot, so no need to use high stove-top setting. I feel good knowing that the pan does not put out toxins into the food I cook.

My sister-in-law has these pans and I fell in love with them so much, that I ordered two sets to send to our children for Christmas. They love using these amazing pans as much as I do. It's important to read the instructions on how to use the pans, the cooking surface is perfectly even and clean up is a breeze.
