My husband used one of the pans to cook omelets for breakfast. Used just a little olive oil. Eggs turned out great! Basically slid out of the pan. I used it to prepare beef cubes in gravy. Used small amount butter, did not burn, clean up was just a swipe with a moist dishcloth.

I have had this pan for a few weeks and the frypan has been a joy to cook with. Non-stick surface works great. Easy clean up. On medium heat the pan gets very hot, so no need to use high stove-top setting. I feel good knowing that the pan does not put out toxins into the food I cook.

I've used these pans for the past three weeks, and they are far superior to the very expensive pans I have been buying from high-end kitchen shops. First and foremost, the foods that I want to brown actually do brown, almost as well as my stainless pans. Amazing! Second, they are so smooth that clean up can be done with a paper towel, although I do use a sponge and soap for hygiene purposes. And lastly, they are induction ready, which makes my induction roommate very happy. These pans are expensive, but they are well worth it.

I love these pans! I can make fried eggs sunny-side-up, and they just slide beautifully onto the plate. With other pans I was rarely successful in making the smooth transfer from pan to plate, or toast, or whatever was on the plate. The clean up, following Green Pan's recommended steps, is easier than I could ever imagine. The three sizes are excellent for three different quantities. I"m very pleased with this purchase.

Clearly,it's a great pan and it certainly does clean up easily and beautifully. I have electric cooking which I really don't like and I find it takes a long time to heat the pan on a medium light and longer still to cook the food. Thus, the 4 stars rather than 5. I will get used to it I imagine but the pan does everything it promises.

When the kitchen was remodeled in 2022, we decided to go with an induction cooktop in place of a gas one. Th Mother in Law who lives with us due to age and health issues was constantly gettin burnt using the gas cook top. Needless to say, conduction cooktops require certain types of cookware to be used. In my research, Green Pan was the best option in my opinion and I will have to say, they are fantastic. As the title states, frying pan #3, I need to clarify. My beloved Mother in Law cooks like most of our parents did from years ago. There are only 2 settings for burners/heating elements, HI and OFF. Conduction cooktops heat way faster than conventional cooktops so it is not uncommon in our household for the food being cooked in our Green Pan cookware to get over cooked very quickly due to our cooktop only having those 2 settings of HI or OFF. 1 through 9 are just there for decor. Once the food has been sufficiently burnt, there comes the cleaning process. This cookware is very easy to clean under normal circumstances. Food just glides right off the surface leaving very little to no residual to clean. Just a gentle washing and you are done. Like most all newer cookware, no matter the manufacturer, you CANNOT use just any cleaning pads, solutions or chemicals on the interior surfaces of these pans. Bad things happen to them when you do that. Even though this cookware gets one heck of a beating in our home, it is holding up quite well considering the circumstances. If this cookware can survive our home under those conditions, in a home where they would be taken care of properly, they should last you a lifetime. Meanwhile, I will keep replacing my beloved cookware as it gets destroyed and lovingly refer to it as my cookware tax.

I have been a user of Green band cookware for the past seven years and thoroughly recommended. I just recently bought an induction stove and oven and needed to upgrade my cookware for compatibility so I just bought my second set of green pan and I couldn’t be more happy.

The pans are lightweight and good for sautéing meats and vegetables. The pans are shallower compared to other leading brands. The 12" pan could be deeper to minimize splatter/spills. Hopefully these pans coating last for a few years since these are relatively expensive.

These have a nice even weight to them so even on an electric coil, they stay flat and cook evenly. The surface truly is non-stick! Finally a true non-stick pan. The induction compatible feature is a big bonus since we use both. The edges can scuff easily and need to be stored with a buffer of some sort if stacking them, which we always did before but now being extra mindful of it. We really appreciated the good instructions provided by the company on pre-heating, what oils to use or not, how best to clean them etc. Great customer service when we needed it. That alone is enough to make us keep coming back to GreenPan.

Somehow, I ended up with a small Green Pan ceramic saucepan. On a whim, I used it to make country gravy, and it was amazing! We are on propane gas which is hard to regulate the temperature. This pan was a dream, no sticking, no burning. So, I decided to try another Green Pan and bought the 11" frypan. It didn't disappoint! I plan to replace my all of mystarinless steel cookware with Valencia Ceramic.
