I love this pan for eggs.  It heats evenly, the nonstick quality is superb. Helps me turn out perfectly cooked eggs almost daily.

Greenspan Valencia Pro Frypan is a superior product.  Environmentally safe non-stick ceramic is fantastic.  Cooking easy and cleaning is a breeze.

This review was written in response to an email asking for a review in exchange for a discount. This is unethical by itself and means their reviews are compromised and unreliable. It is made worse by the fact that I have requested to receive no emails from the company, so they are spamming me for this. As a practical matter, I couldn't possibly give a useful assessment for a product I've owned for such a short period of time. This is nothing bid red flags about the ethical integrity of GreenPan.

Its a pleasure to cook with these pans. The small one is great for an egg. I am surprised how well they can create a nice brown or crusty surface. That is not something I thought a non-stick pan could do. But I have crisped up home fries, cooked falafel patties, and many other things and have been happy with the results
