I think this must be the best pan I’ve ever owned in my 64 years of existence! It is the perfect size for one dish meals, like the smothered pork chops I made last week, or for frying a big bunch of chicken! The surface is so easy to clean that a quick round with a paper towel and a quick swish in hot water /dish soap and rinse will put it back in service for the next meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this pan!

From eggs to zucchini, this pan does it all, Holds up well in case someone accidentally used a metal utensil on it. Cooks very even, and preheat time is very rapid! If a food starts to burn or leaves charr in pan, cleans right up to good as new in no time no green scratcher needed. This pan does it all!

These pans are a great improvement over teflon or other nonstick pans I have owned. Eggs easily slide in the pan. I got the 8", 9.5", and 11" frying pans. At first I missed the size of my old 10" and 12" pans, but I quickly adjusted to the slightly smaller sizes. I use an induction range and found that the 9.5" pan does not work on the same burner that my former 10" pan did. But it works wonderfully on the slightly smaller burner without a hitch. The handles are very comfortable to hold, no potholder needed. The pans themselves are lighter than the ones they replaced. I have not yet used them in the oven, but I expect they will do fine.

Do not skip this product. It is a priced higher than your box stores but there is a reason. The evenness of the pan itself provides a great start. It has enough weight to have it stay in place without compromising ease of use. The stick free surface has never been hard to clean no matter how stuck the residue. When friends cook with me, they always want to know where they can get this pan. My 20 year old son and his girlfriend even noticed the difference between these and other pans we own.

The pans are beautiful, lightweight, and truly nonstick. Unfortunately I had a problem with the 12" pan developing chips with only a few uses even though I followed their care instructions to a T (and even bought felt liners for storage). I emailed customer service along with sending photos of the chips and within 15 MINUTES I had a reply and order confirmation for a replacement pan they were sending. I've never experienced customer service so quick and easy. The replacement pan has fared well so far and I truly enjoy cooking with these pans. I took one star off because of the subpar pan in my first order but I have no hesitation recommending this brand to anyone because if you have any problems they will make it right.

Perfect pans. Need very low flame to sauté, saving gas with each dish cooked. Reheat leftovers sauces and all, and even with burning some portion of reheated leftovers, clean up so easy with soft sponge. Very light weight and easy to handle. Love these pans! Eggs just slide out perfectly, ham browns without fuss, a pleasure to cook with. You too will love these pans. Boun appetite!

Since Covid I now cook breakfast every morning. Our induction non stick pans were a pain to clean and I really got tired of scrubbing scrambled egg off the inside, especially around the chromed rivets holding on the handles. My daughter suggested I give Green Pan a try and what a difference. Even the rivets are non stick. I loved the 8" egg pan so much I ordered two more pans.This morning I tried out the 11" pan for some fried potatoes. It worked great and cleaned up as easily as the egg pan.

These are phenomenal pans!! I am trying to switch out of Teflon, but I’ve always been apprehensive about food sticking. Other pans I have tried that say they don’t stick, always have. These pans, cook, food, evenly, and do not stick at all. I am very happy with this purchase.

These pans haveade cooking fun again! I actually try to think of dinners that i can cook inthe pans instead of the oven. Cleanup is so easy and whenever I saute an ingredient, it comes out nicely browned. And I have the piece of mind that I am using pans that are not leaking toxic chemicals into our food. I got rid of all my other skillets excepty cast iron.

Really disappointing. I followed the instructions to a tee, including how to season, how to carefully wash, as well as avoiding the washing practices that damage the pans. The pan very quickly took to charring, quicker than any pan I’ve ever seen. Became tough to clean, sticky, and discolored. Non-stick feature disappeared in 2-3 uses. Felt cheap and light to the tough. Also pan had some loose piece clinking around inside somewhere, somehow.
