Love these pans for scrambled eggs and omelets. I try to avoid non-stick for toxicity reasons, but eggs stick soooo much to enameled cast iron and stainless steel. I feel good about the “free-of” with GreenPan. We’ve been using them daily and the non-stick is going strong. No chips!

Perfect pans. Need very low flame to sauté, saving gas with each dish cooked. Reheat leftovers sauces and all, and even with burning some portion of reheated leftovers, clean up so easy with soft sponge. Very light weight and easy to handle. Love these pans! Eggs just slide out perfectly, ham browns without fuss, a pleasure to cook with. You too will love these pans. Boun appetite!

Since Covid I now cook breakfast every morning. Our induction non stick pans were a pain to clean and I really got tired of scrubbing scrambled egg off the inside, especially around the chromed rivets holding on the handles. My daughter suggested I give Green Pan a try and what a difference. Even the rivets are non stick. I loved the 8" egg pan so much I ordered two more pans.This morning I tried out the 11" pan for some fried potatoes. It worked great and cleaned up as easily as the egg pan.

The Valencia Pro Green Pan lives up to its advertising. It cooks eggs evenly, cleans up easily and after a months use is as good as new. You do have to remember to let it completely cool before giving it a quick swishe out to clean it. Happy with purchase.

Love how nonstick they are…of course you still need a little butter/oil but things that used to burn in our other pots wipe right off in these! Con….we have had these pots/pans for a couple weeks and 3 of them already have chips in the bottom of them. No we haven’t used metal, set anything inside of them…and we have hand washed each time. I have no idea why the coating is flaking off after so little time but I’m really disappointed!!! I would have given them 5 stars if you would have asked me to rate them in the first week. Now…I have very little hope that they will last to see a year. Major bummer.

Oh my gosh! I LOVE these pans! I had been using traditional non-stick pans and treated them well. Never used metal but still, they we no longer non- stick. I went through a couple of sets of these then decided to try stainless steel fry pans. Terrible decision. They were horrible. Everything stuck no matter what I did. But then, a friend had the Green Pan set and recommended so I bought the same set. Valencia. They are so amazing! Nothing sticks! I let the pan warm up for 90 seconds as per instructions and use silicone utensils. I’m SO happy with my purchase!

Really happy with this purchase! The non-stick surface is very good. So many other non-stick pans don't live up to the name. The coating often comes off of other pans or can be scratched, this pan doesn't have that issue at all. It is so easy to clean, and it heats up quickly.

Finally bought these... Been using all pans I have to make scrambled eggs and a few other things that really just need a really good non-stick pan. I have Calphalon, All-clad stainless, Eva Trio.. etc. I used to have some non-stick but they were just too old and had to get rid of them. Gave up using what I had and got these! YES! They are what I was missing in my collection of pans. Love them!

I learned about these pans a while ago from Bobby Parish’s (FlavCity) videos on YouTube. I finally purchased a set and I’m so excited. The handle makes them so comfortable to use. I love knowing that I can still have nonstick without the use of Teflon! I would recommend these to anyone and I will definitely be adding to my collection in the future.

It's larger than I thought it would be, but I needed a 2nd to match the one in my new 19 piece set. Sometimes you just need that additional frypan, like for holidays or for making various omelettes for family. I didn't need a lid since the set has multiples already. Same great quality as all Greenpan cookware. I highly recommend this frypan.
