I learned about these pans a while ago from Bobby Parish’s (FlavCity) videos on YouTube. I finally purchased a set and I’m so excited. The handle makes them so comfortable to use. I love knowing that I can still have nonstick without the use of Teflon! I would recommend these to anyone and I will definitely be adding to my collection in the future.

I’m pretty easy on cookware, however after raising two adult daughters, and having two grandkids, my cookware has been around a long time! Not looking too bad but the non stick pans were scratched and exteriors faded. I treated myself to the GreenPan and this set is great! I like the fact that GreenPan is healthier than the traditional non stick pans. I like the use of real oils (even very little), over the store bought sprays (Pam, etc). The pans are awesome! Low-medium heat cooking gets the job done and what a breeze to clean! I am so pleased that I bought the whole set and even the green life cookie sheets and baking pans. Thank you Green Pan for providing great looking cookware that is healthy and fun to use!

I love these pots and pans. I bought an induction stove so needed to replace my old cookware and I wanted cookware safe from pollution. After looking and looking at many options, I selected these. They are beautiful, I learned how to heat them correctly and they are totally non-stick so they clean very, very easily. This particular set came with just about everything I needed to outfit my kitchen. The only other thing I bought was a wok, and I bought a Green Pan one. (Love that one also.) Thank you!

While this pan works on gas or electric cooktops as well, I bought this pan primarily to use on my new Tasty induction cooktop. Believe it or not, it's actually a little challenging to find a good nonstick pan for induction cooktops. Like all my other nonstick GreenPans, this one is also very safe thanks to its ceramic coating. Really happy with this purchase.

The positive reviews I had read before purchasing were accurate. I followed the directions concerning warmup, best temp range, fats and oils, and cleanup, and the pans delivered as advertised, with super easy cleanup. Also, I thought it was odd that reviewers reported that eggs cooked really well, until I cooked some eggs: omelettes, fretattas, and over easy....I hadn't had eggs that turned out so beautifully . Btw, I threw away my spray oils.

I was prepared to think it would be pretty good since my gorwn sons and their families use this product but it ias far exceeded my expectations. It heats evenly and quickly, it borwns nicely if thats what you want and yet it washes exceedingly well-no scrubbing needed. They are also a good design-not too heavy and well balanced when holding it. I am planning to buy more!

The Valencia ceramic nonstick 10” pan is the best nonstick pan I have ever had. All others eventually failed and I worried about the forever chemicals. I made scrambled eggs in it and they slid right off the pan with nothing sticking on it. My husband fried eggs and he had the same experience. The eggs just slid off. I also made the best Salmon dish I have ever had in this pan. There was no smoke at all. I will take loving care of this pan and hope it lasts a very long time.

I have been a user of Green band cookware for the past seven years and thoroughly recommended. I just recently bought an induction stove and oven and needed to upgrade my cookware for compatibility so I just bought my second set of green pan and I couldn’t be more happy.

These pans have only been in use for about two weeks, so I can't comment on the durability of the non-stick surface, but in every other respect, they perform very, very well. I like the weight of the pans, and the way they hold heat once they have come to temperature. That feature is very important to me when preparing food, especially items like eggs. I use these pans, along with carbon steel, and a few pieces of cast iron. While the Green Pans do not sear as well as the others, they equal the performance on most other tasks.

Bought these to compliment my SS and carbon steel pans for use on a new induction stove. They perform well and clean easily, though a bit slower to heat up compared to the other pans. Not a big deal. What I don't understand is why pans are sold without lids. I seldom cook without one. I ordered a lid at the time for the mid size, but the other two, nothing to choose from. Pretty disappointing.
