We had to give up our scanpans when we converted to an induction range. We followed the wire-cutters recommendation and purchased these Valencia Pro “magnetos” and have been incredibly impressed. They heat evenly, and cleanup is a breeze. The set of three was a great value and arrived early!

I have been using GreenPan Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick cookware for over a year. Unlike conventional nonstick products, these pans (speaking about skillets) have shown no sign of deformation from high heat. No pans have shown any visible deterioration after months of heavy use. I will continue expanding my collection and can recommend these for use by cooks of any experience level.

This pan performed just as described on the Cook's Illustrated review. Eggs and pancakes just slide after cooking-unbelievably easy! No more scraping food out in pieces, thank goodness. And, it is so easy to clean too. I am just being very careful storing and cleaning the surface to avoid scratches.

This line of the GreenPan, Valencia Pro, is the best of the best in my humble opinion. Their other lines are OK too - but these are great. I've learned from experience not to use extreme heat (it isn't necessary anyway) and not to use cold water to cool the pan when it's hot. I used to be a great one for running a hot pan under cold water to cool it off quickly. Maybe that wouldn't hurt these pans, but I have read that it isn't good for non-stick pans in general. It's one of the reasons a pan can lose it's non-stickiness so I don't do it. I can't attest to dishwasher results because I hand wash all my pots and pans. My one complaint? More sizes/options please! With lids! Fortunately, I have an older GreenPan (different line) that's the same size and has a lid so I use that with this pan. Their complete collection offers more, but I'd like individual pieces. Anyway, this is a great pan with VERY easy cleanup.

This is a fantastic pan. I have a couple of other Valencia Pro frypans and I really love all of them, the entire line is top notch, but this one in particular is my favorite. The fact that it's oven-safe makes it really easy to do single-pan meals in it that can go straight from the stove into the oven to do stuff like melt fresh mozzarella on top of a pasta dish. All-around great pan, and it's easy to clean even when I'm lazy and leave it sitting until the next day. I'm slowly working on replacing all of the pans in my kitchen with Valencia Pro stuff.

This is the best frypan set I have ever used... and I have used a lot of pans in my life! As a mom of three, I need everything to be easy. These frypans perform beautifully - nothing sticks and clean up is a breeze. Plus, no toxins for my family. Win, win, win!

So aesthetically, the color is beautiful and it's a good looking set. Cooking wise, you really don't need a lot of heat to get good results. The heat conduction is great and things do not stick to the ceramic coating, not even eggs or pancakes. Cleaning wise, occasionally a warm water soak makes cheese and sticking things come off easier, but even without it, it isn't much work. Only 3 weeks in so far, but overall, quite pleased.

We have had this three pan set for only a short while but they are proving to be the best frypans we’ve owned. As far as the ceramic non-stick coating goes, it is by far the best —it’s tough, nothing sticks, no odor, it doesn’t stain and washes up so easily! The deluxe stainless handles are very comfortable and do not overheat. Cooking has become much more of a pleasure. We highly recommend these pans!

Love the set. I particularly liked the endorsement from a cook/chef site I like. So, I purchased the 8 inch pan to take with me to use in the hotel and loved it. So I came back to get the 10 inch pan for the hotel and another 8 inch one for home. I have the 12 inch pan but it is too big for hotel burners. I like to use it to warm foods and make skillet dishes. Clean up is truly a breeze. Thanks for making a really nice pan.

Honestly, I have to say this is the most 'rewarding' pan to cook with! It cleans like a dream, cooks the food perfectly, and has a non-toxic finish; it is wonderful.
