Really happy with this purchase! The non-stick surface is very good. So many other non-stick pans don't live up to the name. The coating often comes off of other pans or can be scratched, this pan doesn't have that issue at all. It is so easy to clean, and it heats up quickly.

Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick Frypan gets 5 stars and more. I purchased it because I want a safe pan for my family. I do not want toxic chemicals. I love that the handle does not get hot. It is great for all foods, I have two pans this size and a two larger pans. Easy to clean.

While this pan works on gas or electric cooktops as well, I bought this pan primarily to use on my new Tasty induction cooktop. Believe it or not, it's actually a little challenging to find a good nonstick pan for induction cooktops. Like all my other nonstick GreenPans, this one is also very safe thanks to its ceramic coating. Really happy with this purchase.

My husband used one of the pans to cook omelets for breakfast. Used just a little olive oil. Eggs turned out great! Basically slid out of the pan. I used it to prepare beef cubes in gravy. Used small amount butter, did not burn, clean up was just a swipe with a moist dishcloth.

I love these pots and pans. I bought an induction stove so needed to replace my old cookware and I wanted cookware safe from pollution. After looking and looking at many options, I selected these. They are beautiful, I learned how to heat them correctly and they are totally non-stick so they clean very, very easily. This particular set came with just about everything I needed to outfit my kitchen. The only other thing I bought was a wok, and I bought a Green Pan one. (Love that one also.) Thank you!

Decided to switch to ceramic cookware and get rid of our teflon pans. The sage green color is very beautiful. The pans are very well made. Nice feel to the handle and a good weight. The 9.5 and 11 inch pans are actually the same size as our old 10 and 12 inch pans, the flat part. And the sides are a bit taller. I cannot get over how slippery they are! And the clean up so easily! We liked them so much we ordered two sets of 1 and 2 quart covered pots and a 3 quart covered pot from their Chatham line. And to top it off, we also ordered the 360 air fryer, which we also love, and the 11” Valencia pro griddle.

Somehow, I ended up with a small Green Pan ceramic saucepan. On a whim, I used it to make country gravy, and it was amazing! We are on propane gas which is hard to regulate the temperature. This pan was a dream, no sticking, no burning. So, I decided to try another Green Pan and bought the 11" frypan. It didn't disappoint! I plan to replace my all of mystarinless steel cookware with Valencia Ceramic.

I had to make an adjustment with heating first but once I got the hang of it, I can’t see doing it any other way. Yes it may take a bit longer to cook at low-medium, but it’s a more even cook/sear and it’s perfect. I will look forward to buying the sauce pans next.

Used the pan one time and already has a scratch and flakes of the coating coming off. It was hand washed and a wooden spoon was used on it. The two smaller pans have not done this, just the larger. I've owned Green pans before for ten years and never got a scratch. Hoping this is not an indication of the quality that are being put out now.

I think this must be the best pan I’ve ever owned in my 64 years of existence! It is the perfect size for one dish meals, like the smothered pork chops I made last week, or for frying a big bunch of chicken! The surface is so easy to clean that a quick round with a paper towel and a quick swish in hot water /dish soap and rinse will put it back in service for the next meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this pan!
