The pan is a comfortable weight with a handle that provides good stability and balance. The no drip edge keeps the stovetop clean after sliding my morning eggs onto the plate. Evening meals of fish or sautéed vegetables just slide over the slick surface and make a great presentation on my plates served.

I bought the 12" after I bought the 8",9.5" & 11" set. I love those so much I had to get the 12" one to complete my set. They perform like "magic", no higher then med heat is necessary. There heavy and induction ready. Clean up is a breeze as well. I should have bought these a long time ago; and I'm no "whipper snapper ". Buy them, take care of them and you'll have a set to be proud of.

Quality induction pan but the handles aren’t very comfortable to hold. It’s difficult to pour food out — I have to use both hands instead of having one hand on the handle and another holding the spatula. I’d recommend redesigning the handles for easy pouring and comfortable holding.

We ordered two of these great looking pans and received them this week. Haven't used them yet, but we are looking forward to seeing their performance. They did not come with lids, so will have to use other lids that don't fit perfectly, before spending money on ones made for them.

Just started using this frypan and what they claim is correct, nothing adheres to it. It is recommended that you heat up the pan before using which i did, also you do not have to use a very high setting to cook whatever you're making as this pan is a great conductor of heat. I was able to sear cod fillets and and make a lemon caper sauce in the same pan. Cheese omelettes slide right off the pan with no sticking. If you enjoy cooking you're going to love this pan.

I’ve only had the pans a short while, but I’ve used them and am impressed with the non stick, the heat distribution, and really like the weight of the pans. I ordered the midnight blue, and really like it. I cook a lot, so I’m hoping to have these pans a long time!

These pans are great. I followed the directions that came with them . Because of that the food does not stick and the pans were easy to clean. I am so happy with these pans. and I love the sizes perfect for my family. I definitely will be telling all my friends about them

The positive reviews I had read before purchasing were accurate. I followed the directions concerning warmup, best temp range, fats and oils, and cleanup, and the pans delivered as advertised, with super easy cleanup. Also, I thought it was odd that reviewers reported that eggs cooked really well, until I cooked some eggs: omelettes, fretattas, and over easy....I hadn't had eggs that turned out so beautifully . Btw, I threw away my spray oils.

After enjoying the 8" and 10" frypans for quite some time, I finally pulled the trigger on the 12" making my set complete. I use them all regularly and LOVE them. Following the instructions to preheat for 90 seconds is essential and I'm guessing people who don't experience the non-stick as much probably just put things in the pan cold. I have marvelous non-stick results every time. There's no way I'd have purchased a third pan if that weren't the case.

I'm thrilled to have bought this Valencia Pro cookware set, it is the best set I've ever owned! Many years ago my husband picked up (probably) one of the very first Green Pan frying pans at our local grocery store. I don't remember the size but it was extremely lightweight (flimsy) and as one could imagine it did contain the toxins PFAS/PFOA. This set is sturdy (no sharp edges), is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, & cadmium, works on any surface including induction (I have a ceramic cooktop), beautiful thick bottom so no rocking or sliding around on the stove. Cooking in them is a dream and being safe and healthy is worth every penny!
