It sears proteins perfectly, makes perfect eggs of any style and goes from the stovetop to the oven seamlessly. Super simple to clean and everything I’ve cooked has turned out perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has quickly become my favorite. I have used this pan to both fry and sautee, each time cooking my food evenly. Clean-up was also easy, which is always a plus. The large 12-inch pan also helped me cut back on cooking time for my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pan! I prefer it over any other pans i have, it's slick, easy to clean. I hope it holds up and lasts! It doesn't take long at all to heat. Even on a single electric burner. I fried eggs in it first and they slid right out. It's now my favorite pan I wish I had more like it.

The pan cleans up fine no scratches or abuse. Here it is after I cooked some bacon on medium heat and wiped it as clean as I could with a paper towel before hand washing. non sticking? After I turn the heat into the pan and it warms up a little I place the bacon in the pan and it sticks together like two surfaces coated with contact cement. Very odd. I think these pans are headed to the recycling bin. Rather disappointing.

It’s large enough for me to prepare my one-pan meals and the induction bottom ensures that food is cooked evenly. The nonstick feature is awesome, as I’ve cooked eggs, cheese, vegetables and more without a problem. Another pro for me is that even though it’s nonstick, you can use metal utensils with it. Additionally, cleanup is a breeze since food doesn’t stick to the pan. A minor drawback is that use of cooking sprays is not advised as they can effect the coating. I regularly use cooking sprays but have no issue with switching to oil or butter while using this pan. Overall, I love this pan and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't put into words how much I love the Valencia Pro Incredible Egg Set. In our house, we cook eggs A LOT. We've recently been in an avocado toast and breakfast sandwich phase, and I couldn't have gotten this pan at a better time. It's non-stick, easy to clean, and comes with the pan itself, a lid, a spatula, and two egg rings. I'm a big fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this was the pan I never knew that I needed.. it makes cleaning even what would be the hardest residue extremely easy; just slides right off.. it is also big enough to cook my lamb chops in.. you can EASILY fit 6-7 in this ONE pan.. I absolutely love it

The 12” is a perfect size, great non-stick material, heats evenly, and clean-up is extremely easily, just wash it out by hand. It is very sturdy and well made. It is a nice weight, not too heavy and not too light. I am extremely impressed with GreenPan. Can not wait to get other pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of green pan, and this will be the third one I own. For starters, I love the nonstick coating, I can cook literally anything and have not had a single issue of anything sticking to the pan. Since its ceramic, it is lightweight and the 12' size is perfect for cooking eggs, sautéing vegetables, Ive even used it for Mac n cheese. I have had this pan now for a little over a month and use it almost daily. I have had no issues with the coating peeling or any discoloration. Knowing the other two that I own, I would assume this pan will last me years to come. I do wish however, that it came with a lid, but that doesn't change how great this pan is. I highly recommend this pan and any other nonstick pans from Green Pan.
