The non-stick surface has been holding up great and clean up is easy. I'm not sure of what all the products the coating is free of to be more healthy, but I appreciate that the company has considered it. For me, one of the best feature of the pan is the handle. It fits in my hand really well which makes it easier to hold the weight of the pan.

The rivets that hold the handle on do get a little annoying when cleaning but I find this to be the case with pretty much any pan I have used.

It makes dishes so much easier, and honestly, as someone who hates doing dishes, nonstick pans are always my go-to. The pan heats very quickly on our gas stove and is perfect for eggs in the morning. Well made and seems very durable. Great alternative to many of the traditional nonstick coated pans.

I have been wanting to buy a pan for a while but didn't know what to get and when I saw this claim I claimed it very fast because I really was excited to try it . I have used this pan in low heat and it has been easy to cook many foods . My favorite food to make on it although it was quite simple was quesadillas with pastrami because the cheese really didn't stick at all . I have struggled with cheese getting stuck in other items I've used so this has been very helpful . I definitely recommend this pan definitely worth the money . It's also a pretty color and not very heavy and it's pretty easy to store because it's not very big or small .

They heat and maintain heat very well. My older version had restriction in the oven, where this pan is much more versatile. I would gladly by more of these pans, they look great as well.

In particular: eggs, sausage, shrimp. Especially eggs. They just slide off like a dream. My sausages that tend to burn my stainless steel? Not on this! Shrimp cooked like a dream.
