I bought the Valencia Pro Ceramic 8",9.5" and 11" Frypan Set about a month ago and have not been using my old pans. These pans are easy to use nonstick pans. I was a professional Chef years ago and honestly believe these are one of the best brands of cookware I have used. I cook every kind of food you can think of. Easy clean up and oven safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Valencia Frypan. I was excited to use it. The frypan is alot bigger and heavier than i was expecting. I like that the sides are higher on this fry pan, cutting back on grease spatter. I've used for a variety of different meals from steak to stir fry and all turned out perfect. I've used to finish cooking chicken, steak in the oven and used to keep food warm and worked perfectly. The pan holds heat and cooks evenly. The scratch resistant , hard anodized surface is great you can use metal utensils, but personally I use non metal mostly wood. It's also free of PFAs and PFOAs and dish washer safe. I've also used to cook my spaghetti sauce, the nonstick surface worked great did not stain the pan. Overall this pan is a great addition it's high quality, durable, scratch resistant, free of harmful metals, dishwasher safe holds pan heat,. Cooks evenly. I would really love having the whole set. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Green Pans are all they are cracked up to be. These things are amazing for cooking. You do not need any nonstick extras added to this pan. They cook so easy and effortlessly that we are replacing all of our pans in our home with these.

My first one lost it's nonstick quality over time, so I thought I'd give it another shot research showed that we were likely cooking incorrectly in our first pan. It seems that as long as you cook on medium heat or lower, this pan does great. So far, this pan has done well frying eggs, cooking ground beef, chicken, frying rice (which made a sticky mess in my other pan), and veggies. The key seems to be avoiding getting a layer of carbonized oil built up on the cooking surface, so something like bacon probably shouldn't be cooked in it. I'm satisfied so far after a few weeks of cooking in it.

It is amazing it cooks my food evenly and distributes heat evenly all the way through and I have washed it many times already because it became my most used pan! I love that nothing sticks, it’s always easy to clean my only regret is I don’t have more of these. I will definitely be looking to add another one just like it real soon! I have to say this would get a five star from me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is really great! It feels heavy and durable, very well made. The inside is a blueish/grey sparkley color that is really pretty. It heats up really well, and cooks evenly. Clean up is breeze since the food just slides right out when you tip it. Nothing sticks to it whatsoever. It could not be easier! Given that it holds plenty of food and is ridiculously easy to clean, this is now one of my favorite pans.

Definately was non-stick and distributed the heat like a thicker pan. Great for larger breakfast or pancakes or for a stir fry. With a little butter or oil and this pan is extremely non stick.

I make eggs for breakfast everm morning and i often walk away and come back to burned eggs if im rushing in the morning, having to toss them and start over or forget it if i'm running late. Not with greenpan- i dont have to stand over them! I can just check on them and they dont burn or scortch- they turn out perfect everytime! I save so much time in the morning and have perfectly cooked eggs without fail. This pan is truly magic! I cant wait to get the whole line!

Cooked very well with low and high heat (I cook with all temps even though it says to use low recommended). It did not stick so far! Great in the dishwasher! Very durable, good weight and a good size compared to the T-Fal set we have at home.
