It heats and cooks evenly, which is a big deal, if you've ever burnt dinner on a cheaper, less quality, nonstick pan. Its handle has a shape to it, and feel very sturdy. And since it can go into the oven is an extra bonus!!

Everything I have cooked in this pan has cooked evenly and has turned out delicious. I did not experience any issues with food sticking. Cleaning the pan has been extremely easy. This pan is oven safe, which is extremely convenient for recipes that start on the stovetop and finish in the oven. It is also dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash all my pots and pans. I really enjoyed cooking with this pan and look forward to all the future cooking I will do with it.

This is a versatile pan that can be used for so many things and the slanted sides keep food from spilling over the edges. The handle is comfortable to hold - I have small hands so this is always something I check for in cookware. The plan cleans beautifully and overall we are highly satisified.

I recently got this pan and absolutely love that I can cook with less oils and no cooking spray. It was amazing. My vegetables cooked perfectly and didn’t get soggy from cooking spray or EVOO. Then I popped it in the dishwasher to clean it. I love it and can’t wait to get another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now used this pan about 12 times. I have cooked hamburger, and fried pork chops, boiled noodles even. My food does not stick. Clean up is so easy, warm water, soap and a quick wipe- no scrubbing needed. The heat is evenly disbursed throughout the pan allowing for even cooking of food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about this pan. This Valencia Frypan is one of the best pans I've ever owned. The handle on the pan is made nice and sturdy and is made not to be hot to touch. Another good item on this pan is its flat edge. I've cooked many items with less splashing of grease at me because of this. The coating on the inside of pan seems so much safer than Teflon. There was no smell at all with any use as you may get with Teflon. I also recommend using soft grip utensils in the pan so you don't risk scratches. This pan cooks everything just perfect. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. I love the Valencia Frypan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first cooking test for this pan was to make some grilled cheese sandwiches. I used low/medium heat as per the pan instructions, and waited patiently. My old non-stick pans "worked" but they did not give an even golden brown surface. This green pan nailed that perfect grilled cheese look. Also, this was unexpected but very exciting - I used shredded cheese in the sandwiches and those few slivers of cheese that fall out of the sandwich toast nicely without burning. This added a lacy/crunchy element to the sides of the sandwich that I have not seen before with other pans. Cleanup was as easy as a hot water rinse and wipe down. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great frying pan. I can cook up anything and it doesn’t stick to the pan. I just use a little butter as not much is needed. Here I cooked up some eggs and they just slid off the pan. It is scratch resistant even when using a metal spatula. The pan can be used on the stovetop or in the oven. It heats evenly and quickly even at lower temps. It is very easy to clean also. I love this pan and will use it quite often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I replaced my old, worn Teflon-coated fry pan with a new ceramic-coated one, the Valencia from GreenPan. I am so happy with how evenly and quickly it heats up, I decided I needed more to replace my other aging pans. These have a beautiful navy blue color with metallic-looking sparkles in them, and so far nothing sticks to the surface. I've even made crepes in them, and they turned out better than any I've made in the last 30 years. Don't worry about their metal handles getting hot; they stay comfortably cool to the touch. These are fantastic pans!
