[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pan! I tried cooking eggs on it with no non-stick spray for the first time and they slid right off without any residue left over. After I put them on a plate you wouldn’t have even known I cooked anything on it because of how clean the pan was. The size is perfect for multiple people or larger dishes. It really holds up well, but time will tell for longevity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is beautiful. Very heavy handle is riveted into the pan. The non stick surface is smooth and perfect. It heats up very well on my induction stove top. I first tested it out with a fried egg. Impressive, cooked the egg with a little spray olive oil slide right onto the plate. Cleaned up well. Second time I used again eggs, this time scrambled, I must have missed some spaces with the cooking spray because it did stick the 2nd time. So this pan is NOT non stick. I have nonstick pans that i can cook i without any oil at all and find myself reaching for them instead (even though they are not as pretty as this one).

Nothing sticks to it while cooking --- bacon, eggs, pancakes, all cook perfectly. Seared a steak on the stove then finished cooking it in a 400F oven. Clean-up is a breeze. It's now my favorite skillet!

You can tell the difference with these GreenPan ceramic pans. They are solid and well made, with a secure handle. I’ve been using these pans for a couple of weeks now and no scratches! These are now my go to everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a green pan in the past, but not like this. This was next level ease of use, quality, and practicality. I tried my hand at doing a salmon fillet as the first effort. I will say this does heat up a lot faster than most pans so adjust the temp down a bit would be my best advice to accommodate for the higher temps it cooks at. I only use olive oil and this pan performed so well with the oil. It cooked the salmon evenly and efficiently, excellent experience. The clean up was super easy as well, it tells you like five times in the booklet and on the packaging to use a soft sponge. Followed the rules for once, and it was simple clean up. Will definitely put this into normal rotation. We’ve got other non-sticks, but this one truly advertises what chemicals it doesn’t use. Very impressed by the thoughtfulness of the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my fair share of nonstick pans, as I replace them often when they appear burnt or the nonstick stops working. However, this seems like it will be my last frying pan. It's a very pretty color, the gray is very aesthetically pleasing. The first time you said, I noticed right away, that literally nothing would stick to it. I made taco meat, and it literally slid out of the pan with all of the sauce, and I barely had to rinse it to clean it. It's not uncomfortably heavy, but you can tell that it's a really great high-quality material. I also love how the bottom is flat and black, rather than the normal coiled look appearance on the bottom of pans. I actually have only been using this one rather than the ones I currently have, and I would absolutely recommend purchase sickness. If I'm ever in need of more cookware, this will be the set that I purchase. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this GreenPan Valencia 12” Pro Frypan! It has some really great features that make it versatile for different uses. It can be used on a stovetop and in the oven. I like that this pan is deep; perfect for baking brownies, cornbread, cookie cake, etc. This pan has some weight to it, which I do like for durability. However, I’m not sure one long handle is enough for when lifting the pan is needed. I think a second handle that’s short would’ve been great for extra stability. The pan is dishwasher safe, however, hand washing is recommended. The care instructions mention needing a special GreenPan sponge for the really tough stains. I think that special sponge should have definitely been included with this professional grade pan. I love how quick and even the pan heats up. Overall, an excellent pan.

What really counts though are the things the pan DOESN'T feature like PFAs. Often in products that we buy, there are things that harm us but we can't see them or smell them so I think we forget or don't believe it. I appreciate that this company cares about its customers.
