Cleaning is such a breeze with warm soapy water afterwards. Made my family some eggs and also some pork belly. Everything came out awesome. Loved the size as well!

I have used these pans numerous times already and every time my food cooks evenly. The clean up is a breeze with the non stick coating on them, they easily wipe clean with a soft sponge and dish soap. My husband and I both really love cooking with these pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am new to this kind of magneto base pans and impressed, as I observed induction efficiency can sear, saute and brown food without loosing heat. I was happy it had a little weight to it, so it felt sturdy. I quickly put it to use sauting onions with oil. Using only medium heat it was amazing. Nothing stuck, even with a little browning. Used only a paper towel to wipe it clean. Very impressed! Learnt a new thing about this , this pan really works amazing on medium flame and need to wait until the pan is hot. Full flame is not meant for this kind of Greenpan ceramic coating. This pan handle is a bit heavy keeping the pan on stove top balanced.

The two sizes are perfect for our family of five. I have made eggs, meats and warmed tortillas in them. I really appreciate how easy it is to clean them. They are dishwasher safe, but it has been easy to just use a soft cloth and mild dish soap. No scrubbing has been needed.

Most of the time the nonstick on the fry pans would come off from using a metal utensil occasionally and would ruin my pan. So this was a lifesaver for any person who would love to cook. They fry perfectly and most importantly, they cook evenly. It’s metal utensil safe and cooks evenly. Even though it's dishwasher safe I usually hand wash and wipe it with a paper towel. High quality pan and is truly non-stick, easy to wash and handle.

It is oven and broiler safe also which for me is important.

I have an electric cooktop and This pan heats up up really fast. You don’t need to keep heat on high. Can be used with induction units, and is very easy to clean too. My new favorite pan!
