I have cooked many different dishes using this pan and food cooks evenly. Easily transfers to the oven to finish dishes. Highly recommend this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valencia ceramic, hard anodized aluminum non stick frying pan has been working well for us thus far. We thoroughly read all the care instructions. We are careful never to use this above a medium heat setting and haven't needed to as it has performed well. Eggs are a quick cook with this pan, & so far everything we have cooked in it has turned out well. Perfect for our stir frys. Cleaning the pan couldn't be easier. The pan seems durable and of good quality. We wanted a healthier, non-toxic non stick pan & this pan is free from PFAs, PFOA, lead and cadmium so hopefully it will last and never start losing its non stick surface. We're happy with its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my new favorite pan! The quality is really nice. I already have a pretty nice set of pans and this one far surpasses all of my pans. It looks really sleek, I love the hhandle. It also feels really sturdy, like it'll last a long time. I love that it has a ceramic coating which feels healthier and safer to eat off of. The size is absolutely perfect and it's slightly bigger than any of my other frying pans. I've already made several dishes with it and I'm extremely happy with how everything cooks on it and how well it cleans. I am definitely interested in buying other pots and pans from this company. I definitely recommend!!!

The handle of the pan also feels nice and sturdy. I also like the fact that the pan is safe for an induction range. Overall, I am pleased with everything about this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Green Pan was a great pan to replace my outdated pan. I love the way my Green Pan distributes heat evenly allowing a consistent cook. It's super easy to clean and is much better to use than Teflon coated pans.

So far I haven't had any issues with it sticking and I have used it to fry eggs and fry potatoes. I've used a metal spatula on it and no scratches! This pan is also easy to clean and looks very nice sitting on my stovetop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first and only non stick pan that can actually go in the oven. The pan is very well made, heavy. It feels totally different from regular cheap non-stick pan we had. We’ll see how long it last but so far so good. We had coil electric stove which is horrrible but this pan performs really well. Heat up evenly, easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great frying pan. I can cook up anything and it doesn’t stick to the pan. I just use a little butter as not much is needed. Here I cooked up some eggs and they just slid off the pan. It is scratch resistant even when using a metal spatula. The pan can be used on the stovetop or in the oven. It heats evenly and quickly even at lower temps. It is very easy to clean also. I love this pan and will use it quite often.
