I bought my GreenPan in 2018 and have loved using it. But lately, the product's non-stick finish started coming off. I only use silicone or plastic based utensils on it, don't use it in the oven, and handwash it majority of the time. I would not recommend this product anymore. I have to switch to my other non-stick products that are older yet still holding up well.

The pan is dishwasher safe and you can use metal utensils and is suitable for all stovetops. It is lightweight and cleans up easily. I am very pleased with this pan and would recommend it to my family and friends.

I recently received this pan as a gift and therefore I’ve only used it for a short while. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of cooking with it and especially like how easy it is to clean. I like using EVOO especially when sautéing vegetables. Contrary to some reviews I have read, I did not experience the oil staying on the outside edges of the pan. In fact, I thought the oil itself was evenly distributed in the pan. I have also read some reviews where burning or food sticking to the pan was a problem. I can only guess that maybe this was a result of cooking on a high flame. Fortunately, I have not experienced this either. I do cook at medium to low heat on a gas burner which may be the reason why. I am really looking forward to using the pan in the oven since I currently do not have a pan that is oven safe. At this point, I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone looking for a healthy, well-built pan that cleans up effortlessly!

For starters, I love the nonstick coating, I can cook literally anything and have not had a single issue of anything sticking to the pan. Since its ceramic, it is lightweight and the 12' size is perfect for cooking eggs, sautéing vegetables, Ive even used it for Mac n cheese. I have had this pan now for a little over a month and use it almost daily. I have had no issues with the coating peeling or any discoloration. Knowing the other two that I own, I would assume this pan will last me years to come. I do wish however, that it came with a lid, but that doesn't change how great this pan is. I highly recommend this pan and any other nonstick pans from Green Pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough good things about this Green Pan Valencia Frypan. We recently invested in several new pieces of high quality cookware, but this pan outshines them all. It is the first one we grab when cooking almost anything. We are still amazed at how EASY it is to clean. Or rather, the lack of cleaning required. No matter what we have made in this pan it has not needed more than a simple swipe of a paper towel. Even cooked meat does NOT stick. At all. It says it's safe to use metal utensils, unlike other non-stick pans, but we have not tested this out as I prefer to use wooden utensils when cooking. Nice to be able to pop it into the oven or broiler too. No need for excess oil and grease makes for healthier cooking, along with the fact that it is free of PFAS, PFOA, Lead and other harmful properties. We will most definitely be turning to this brand when in need of cookware in the future. In the meantime, purchasing a couple as wedding gifts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Green Pan! It has so many wonderful features. First it is free of PFAS, PFOA. LEAD & CADMIUM. This is very important to me. It is also metal utensil safe, oven and broiler safe, dishwasher safe, and extremely durable. It is a nice big size which i love. I’ve used it for eggs, pancakes and french toast. It’s so nice to finally have a pan that is truly non stick. I do add a small amount of butter to the pan beforehand but it’s not very much. I couldn’t be happier with a piece of cookware! I would highly recommend this frying pan to everyone looking for a versatile new piece of cookware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Green=Valencia frypan about a week ago. I just love it. Using butter or oil in when cooking it's been completely non-stick. Very well made an quick an easy cleanup which is the best. I like it best cause its the 12" pan. If your indeed of a new frypan I suggest you buy this 1!

I don’t typically write reviews but was compelled to do so for this product. I’ve been on induction for 5 years and although my tri-ply pans are great it is difficult to find a quality non stick induction pan. I decided to try the Valencia and am so glad I did. They are VERY responsive — heat up quickly and I actually cook on a lower temperature. Clean up with a sponge as directed. They can go in the dishwasher but I prefer to hand wash because it is so quick and easy. For induction users these are worth every penny. Highly recommend. Exceptional quality and love that they are Green!
