[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this GreenPan Valencia 12” Pro Frypan! It has some really great features that make it versatile for different uses. It can be used on a stovetop and in the oven. I like that this pan is deep; perfect for baking brownies, cornbread, cookie cake, etc. This pan has some weight to it, which I do like for durability. However, I’m not sure one long handle is enough for when lifting the pan is needed. I think a second handle that’s short would’ve been great for extra stability. The pan is dishwasher safe, however, hand washing is recommended. The care instructions mention needing a special GreenPan sponge for the really tough stains. I think that special sponge should have definitely been included with this professional grade pan. I love how quick and even the pan heats up. Overall, an excellent pan.

Replacing it with the Green Pan Valencia 12” frying pan was the best thing I could have done! I love this pan- the bottom is so heavy duty and really quick to heat. The nonstick coating is really impressive and I am so excited that you can use metal utensils on it. I can already tell it is going to get so much use in my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have I mentioned yet that I love this pan? Well, it is my go to! It cooks nicely and evenly. The clean up is simple. I love the bottom grated texture, the pan doesn’t slide. I have found, as others, that cooking with olive oil doesn’t work well, it has a tendency to burn. But otherwise, I will consider purchasing more sizes and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their go to pan.

The nonstick feature works perfectly, just make sure you put a little oil in it at all times to ensure you don't burn things to the bottom and ruin it. It's so easy to clean - I'll be buying more!

The nonstickiness is amazing, I fry eggs, steaks and the stickiness of sticky noodles and everything came out not burnt! I barely have to use oil beforehand and it’s great as I’m trying to cut back on eating too much oil. The size of the pan is generous and I can easily stir fry plenty of veggies, and everyone’s steaks in one go. The look of the pan is also quite pleasing, you can tell it’s high quality.

The pan heats very quickly on our gas stove and is perfect for eggs in the morning. Well made and seems very durable. Great alternative to many of the traditional nonstick coated pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is as slick as they come! Love it! I use it to brown ground beef mostly and cook chicken. My meats don’t stick to the pan and slide right out, and the pan seems to heat pretty evenly. Food slides around the pan so easily, but my favorite thing to do is clean it up. It’s so quick…while it’s still hot, I take a clean damp paper towel and wipe it clean. So simple! This pan is fantastic. It does what I need it to, and it lives up to its nonstick promise. It’s the perfect size for most of my needs and has become my go-to pan in the kitchen. Would be a great quality Christmas gift for any cook in the family. I recommend it!
