[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pan to test. I like that this pan is lightweight, especially since its much larger than I expected. I like that with a little oil it really is non-stick. If you don’t use oil, food will stick to the pan which my husband found out the hard way. I really wish I was able to use non-stick oil spray since that’s how I like to cook but the instruction does say to not use that. This would be a perfect pan to use to make crepes since its large and the butter in the batter will keep the pan non-stick. The pan is also very easy to clean. I just did a quick wipe with the soft side of the sponge and everything came off. Even when my husband didn’t use oil and food got stuck to the pan, the food stuck on the pan still came off super easy with the soft side of the sponge. Overall, I do like that pan but I will use it make dishes like crepes.

Very versatile, whether I'm cooking an egg or sautéing vegetables, it performs extremely well and conducts and retains heat similar to my cast iron pans but a lot lighter. Just the right size when I'm only cooking for two. Very easy to clean afterwards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my husband spent a fair amount of time trying to find teflon-free non-stick pans. These pans are absolutely amazing. They work better than ANY pan I've ever used in my life, and unlike the last ceramic pans I bought, which stated that using oil and butter would reduce the nonstick properties over time, these can be used with butter/oil/other fat. I cannot wait to buy a full set of these pans in a couple of pay periods!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Original Green Pan- Valencia Frypan has been a wonderful addition in my kitchen. It has become my go to frying pan. It makes cooking healthy foods easier. The healthy ceramic nonstick surface is a plus. Not only can it go from stove to oven, means I get the double use. It's not heavy like some skillet's are. Whether I'm using, silicon, wood or metal utensils, I know it won't chip or scratch.
