It's made of heavy gauge materials including rivited, stainless steel handles.The interior surface is strong and scratch resistant, that you can even use metal utensils, if you want. The Magneto Induction base guarantees great heat tranfer with any stovetop. Foods cook evenly. The pan can also be used in the oven or on the grill. I made homemade pizza in the oven and it turned out nice and evenly baked.The pizza removed easily onto the cutting surface. Eggs turned out perfectly cooked. I made crepes for the first time. They were easy to turn, flip and remove. You only need a small amount of oil so it's healthier to prepare foods. Easy to clean, foods simply wipe off. I would recommend this Green Pan because it's a nice quality pan that's versatile to cook anywhere, any way.

Every thing cooks even from eggs to fish, steak, hamburger, and vegetables plus nothing stuck to the pan. Which I'm so happy with. Clean up is a breeze. The size is just right you have a enough room for anything you are cooking.

The eggs never get stuck causing my yoke to break. It's super easy to clean. Instructions indicate that it can go in the dishwasher, but we have opted to hand wash just in case.

The pan is dishwasher safe and you can use metal utensils and is suitable for all stovetops. It is lightweight and cleans up easily. There are a few chips out of the coating on the top edge so I'm not sure how durable the coating is going to be. It defiantly has good heat conductivity as I don't need to have the heat as high as I do on my other pans.

They are still non-stick, still easy to clean, still looks good.try your best to keep them nice, we hand-wash, use felt pot separators, don't use metal utensils, and don't put them in the oven. They have a few dings and a couple scrapes, mostly around the rim and around the edge of the base where they sit on the electric heating element, The scrapes haven't affected their performance, they are still non-stick and still easy to swipe clean - even after a couple days of stuff being dried on.

It is very well built and I love that it is ceramic! It is the perfect size for omelets or making stir fry! The sides are high enough so you don't have to worry about spills over the sides!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had these too long but I’ve gotten good use out of them eggs, pancakes, a few veggies and the nonstick has lived up to its name even though it advices against the use of oil! That takes getting used to but works well! I love the gray coloring , how it’s non chemically processed and how the handle doesn’t get hot while on the burner. If the pan keeps performing this well I may have to invest in other products from the brand !
