So much so, that the cutlets that I was frying up were swirling around like it was a skating rink! I love that it is ceramic and free of harmful chemicals. The bottom has some “heft” to it. I have never heard of the magneto induction base but saw it in action today and can attest that it transferred the heat quickly and evenly. Also like that it is metal utensil safe - no worrying about “dinging” it with a fork if I want to flip food over quickly. Overall - very pleased.

I like to hand-wash my dishes, so the non-stick coating makes it super easy to clean with just a sponge and no scrubbing. Heats up quickly and is the perfect size for smaller skillet meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Valencia Pro 11" pan with lid and am loving it. I am using it practically everyday for almost everything; it is such a versatile pan. I really like that the non-stick coating works so well and yet it is safe and free of forever chemicals. That is one of my main concern when buying a non-stick cookware is that it cannot have any chemicals (PFAS, PFOA, lead, etc.) that would be dangerous to my kids; this pan meets all expectations. I use this every morning for eggs, sausages or bacons, which all slide right off. Then for lunch or dinner, it is big and deep enough to use to make one pot meal for a family of 4. I also love the design and look of this pan because it looks very fancy in my kitchen. The gray design looks nice and clean without being too dark that I cannot see my caramelization. The two stainless steel handles are perfect for lifting on and off stove. Overall, this is a great pan.

It heats up quickly and evenly, plus the clean up is so quick because nothing sticks to this pan. I really am obsessed so far i have been using this pan for everything!!! i would definitely recommend this to anyone everyone in my fam. Loves it.

With many pans I have struggled to keep them from sticking, especially recipes that do a lot of small steps to sautee the spices and flavors in. With this pan that was not a problem at all. I have not had anything at all stick to it since we got it. Time will tell if this holds out, but so far so great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love My Green Pan Valencia Frypan. Is very good nonstick pan, I’ve used it almost every day for about a month now. The non stick is good. But like all non sticks if you throw an egg on it without a litte oil it will stick On the pan. The pan has a nice weight but it feel light at the same time, I’ve made a Variety of dishes like Eggs, bacon, pancakes, steaks, chicken I also leave it on the burner for long periods of time, so far nothing has ruined this non stick pot. One of the things I learned with this pans is to use a soft sponge to clean it. If you use harsh sponges it will remove the none-stick coat, overall I’m very happy with my Green Pan Valencia Frypan. I Definitely recommend it!

When I first got the pan I didn't want to use it because it's just so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this is to anyone looking for a ergonomic pan that functions well.

If you like to eat (most of us do!) and you like to cook (a lot of us do!), then you need to get this pan! Extremely well built, this pan will be your go-to pan! This puts other big name brand pans I've had to shame. First off besides the excellent construction, it is a no toxins pan. That means free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium). An added plus is it works on any stove surface thanks to the Magneto base. I love it!

First time I've ever been able to cook multiple eggs, turn them over with no breakage and cook them perfectly. Fries bacon and other meats just right. I absolutely love this pan!

The pan cooks evenly and even though it says to not use cooking spray, but oil and butter only, I have found that I don’t typically need anything because the nonstick pan really works. I also love how easy it is to clean. Since food doesn’t stick to it, cleaning is simple. I would recommend this to others.
