These pan are amazing to cook with. They work flawlessly on my induction cooks top. I can bring the pan and oil to a higher temperature and then throw the veggies in. They cook up beautifully. The glass lid is a very helpful accessory, especially when cooking at lower temperatures and trying to retain the heat and moisture before serving. Cleaning is a breeze.

It is very well built and I love that it is ceramic! It is the perfect size for omelets or making stir fry! The sides are high enough so you don't have to worry about spills over the sides!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan, it's my new favorite! It has a nice weight to it, not too light or too heavy. It sits on my burner with perfect balance. It has a Magneto base, making it perfect for induction stoves as well as regular. I was really impressed with how evenly it heats up. The tough nonstick ceramic is safe to use with metal utensils and to cook with minimal oils.

The pan feels somewhat heavy and the coating is exactly what I want. It heats up pretty fast in the gas stove thanks to the great base. I tested it with veggies and meats, all cooked evenly and perfect. I also tried to fry eggs with very little oil, perfectly nonstick. It is a great pan, I will look more into the brand and consider other products.

Also it doesn’t stick to it at all. Healthy cooking in it! Dishwasher safe! It’s strong and scratch resistant! I bought some for my parents for gifts. They live to cook and this is a great pan! We use it daily and have gotten rid of our other pans. The food even taste better than our other pans. And it’s lightweight.
