[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE everything about this pan! Out of all the cookware I have owned I never want to turn back again! I have always opted for cheaper cooking sets and cookware just because it’s affordable but I can really appreciate now the significance of better quality pots and pans. This has everything I ever wanted and expected in a pan such as it is non-stick and so easy to clean even the most stubborn of foods such as sauces, which I typically would need to soak in any other pan. This has not lost any of its surface or shine despite the many different temperatures I have used. I really like how lightweight it is as well and its easy to handle and store. I never have to use non-stick cooking spray with this pan and this is made more ethically than other toxic cookware.

I took this one to our lake house because we frequently do scrambled eggs, bacon, omelets etc. All of the cooking breakfast kind of stuff, (sometimes fish). This is perfect size for the family. We are feeding 4 kids and 3 adults and makes plenty of eggs for everyone so it's a great size. It cleans super easy and cooks all the foods evenly. I will continue to cook different items in this and definitely recommend to friends visiting lake with us as it is very good quality. Buy this as you won't regret the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan cooks great! I’ve used it to cool several things and you don’t need high heat at all. I didn’t go over medium heat to cook chicken breasts and they were nice and browned. Even eggs don’t stick with just the tiniest bit of butter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Green Pan 12 inch frypan is awesome! I swear food tastes better cooked in it. We have always used stainless or cast iron pans. But we love this pan so much we are considering switching. It takes very little oil to to brown food & you can literally wipe it clean with one swipe. We have had nothing stick. The food just slides out. Very impressed!

We have been using cast iron skillets for years because we did not believe there was quality nonstick cookware available. Previous nonstick cookware that we had used would lose it’s nonstick coating too easily. My wife and I are both near 70 years of age and the cast iron was getting too heavy for us to handle easily. We are impressed with the feel of quality of the Valencia line of Greenpan cookware. The ability to be used with all types of cooking surfaces was one of the factors in making our purchase; gas, electric and convection. We are looking forward to using our cookware for all the types of traditional dishes that we prepared for our children through the decades. The easy clean up of the nonstick surface makes us want to explore new recipes, especially the cheesy recipes. We are glad that we found this quality cookware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the frying pans in this greenpan performance pro two pack frypan set are beautiful and look great in my kitchen with their deep blue color but they dont just look good...they perform great!! The first time i used them i noticed how fast and evenly they heated up and NOTHING sticks to them!! i mean NOTHING!! Cleanup is so easy because they go straight into the dishwasher with no rinsing needed. they have a really hard ceramic coating and are safe to use in the oven too which makes them really versatile. i use the pans every day to make omelettes or scrambled eggs for breakfast and everything just slides right out. They are by far the best performing non stick frying pans ive ever used and the inside surface has stayed beautiful and unblemished which is also a huge plus compared to non stick pans ive used in the past.

This one has definitely pleased me beyond expectation. It is very sturdy and heats through evenly. It's nonstick, it's oven safe AND you can wash it in the dishwasher. I wish it had a lid, but other than that, I love it! I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Nothing sticks to it.

The pan heats extremely evenly, so there are never any burned portions of the eggs, and I don't have to use any additional oil because the nonstick coating is so effective. I love it!
