[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valencia ceramic, hard anodized aluminum non stick frying pan has been working well for us thus far. We thoroughly read all the care instructions. We are careful never to use this above a medium heat setting and haven't needed to as it has performed well. Eggs are a quick cook with this pan, & so far everything we have cooked in it has turned out well. Perfect for our stir frys. Cleaning the pan couldn't be easier. The pan seems durable and of good quality. We wanted a healthier, non-toxic non stick pan & this pan is free from PFAs, PFOA, lead and cadmium so hopefully it will last and never start losing its non stick surface. We're happy with its performance.

I looked into this product after hearing ads on podcasts for the brand, and I was pleased to see ATK also endorsed them. I wanted to get the PFAS out of my cooking, so I ordered this set to replace my current non-stick pans. I put these up against my most terrible challenge - skillet mac and cheese. The Valencia 12" came through like a champion - it cooked evenly, there were no hot spots to spoil the ro ux, and the pan cleaned up in seconds, even with cooked-on cheese sauce. Superior quality, I am looking forward to using them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this frying pan - it provides a good non stick surface and I use it mostly for pancakes and eggs. I make pancakes really often and I think the wide area that the pan provides is great for pancakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Green Pan is really amazing. It exceeded my expectations. They are nontoxic and it makes my meat nice and brown. Nothing I have cooked sticks. I have been using less oil. My food just slides out.The Pan gets hot quickly and cooks evenly. You can use any utensil even metal and it can be put in the oven or broiler. The Green Pan is dishwasher safe. High quality and I would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is a lot bigger than my other pans. It can be used in oven as well on stove top. The suggestion is not to use at high heat but rather at low to medium low. I've made stir fry and sautéd veggies. Overall it's a nice pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the fry pan as a try it to review love the design and the fact it is sturdy but lightweight. Like the fact it a Green pan and nonstick, easy cleanup as well will recommend to anyone it's the right size for a meal for one or two

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this pan almost every day since getting is, and I really like it. The nonstick feature is great. I’ve cooked many things from eggs to sautéing meat, as well as simple items like a grilled cheese. Nothing has stuck to the surface, and the cleaning of the pan is very easy. It doesn’t seem to scratch easily either, which is a really great feature. All in all, a very good pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a copper coated frying pan and it has started to lose the non stick properties and it’s getting extremely irritating. At one point it was awesome. This née pan is about the same size as the large copper coated pan and heats nicely, and so far it has not scratched or burnt in any one area. I made sure not to use spray oils and tried not to let butter or oil burn on it either. Great pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set of frying pans. I like that it has both of the most common sizes that I use quite often in my home when cooking. The pans are good and sturdy and do great for a variety of cooking. I've used them to sauté, fry eggs, cook burger and a few other things. No issues with sticking and the foods all cooked evenly. Easy to clean too!

The pan cleans up fine no scratches or abuse. Here it is after I cooked some bacon on medium heat and wiped it as clean as I could with a paper towel before hand washing. non sticking? After I turn the heat into the pan and it warms up a little I place the bacon in the pan and it sticks together like two surfaces coated with contact cement. Very odd. I think these pans are headed to the recycling bin. Rather disappointing.
