Heated up the pan and added a splash of oil right before adding the egg. Eggs slid around the pan with ease. Additionally it felt as no heat was transferred to the handle. Added bonus! Cleaning was a breeze, while dishwasher safe I’ve always simply hand wash with spray detergent. No heavy scrubbing was required and zero residue remained.

The GP5 Stainless Steel 10" and 12" Frypan Set is very heavy duty, sturdy, the right size and very durable they do not stick, pill or taint fast. My food come out perfectly cooked and tender. Easy to wash and store away.

The ceramic nonstick coating is amazing - it's super durable, can handle metal utensils, and even the dishwasher. Plus, the "Balance Pro Base" is awesome - the pan is heavy and stays flat when you heat it up, so you can use less oil. I don't think I'll ever buy another aluminum non-stick pan. I highly recommend the GreenPan GP5 if you're in the market for a new pan!

The handle does not get overly hot where I cannot hold the pan. The 12 inch pan is extremely heavy for me but the 10 inch is perfect for everyday use. Heats my food nicely and evenly. I would have liked it if it came with a lid but you can purchase the lid easily from the greenpan online shop. Overall, highly recommended. The colors are great, and it is great to use.

I've had Green Pans before, but damaged my last set after washing it with hard plastic bristles for years (follow the instructions and use a brush - and that surface will last indefinitely!). This set is an upgrade in every way - the pans look and feel classy for lack of a better word. They're a nice, heavy weight and conduct heat very evenly, which is especially nice when I'm trying to cook eggs low and slow. Highly recommend these!

These pans rock. They look awesome, and function beautifuly. I look forward to cooking with them and even cleaning them so they continue working as well as they have. The set has a great range of sizes. The small pan is perfect for a quick saute, breakfast, or personal dish while the larger size has space to space for larger quantities. Making a sauce or curry? The high walled pan works great. Everything is truly non-stick, without feeling cheap or sacrificing the texture of your foods. They also take heat super effeciently, requiring much lower heat for the same outcome than other pans I have used (I cook on a gas stove). I highly reccomend the GP5 stainless steel pans to anyone who is looking for a non-stick workhorse set that also cares about the way their cookware looks :)

We've only had these for a couple of weeks, and so far, we like them and love having a healthy non-stick option. The reasons/cons for the 4-star rating: - The pots are heavy, especially with food inside. The sauce pans and the saute pan need handles on both sides. - GreenPan boasts about "Silhouette Rivets to create a snag-free interior and eliminate food traps", but food still gets trapped in the rivets. - The pots have trimmed edges, but it's unclear if the lids will, over time, scratch the ceramic interior.

They are a bit heavy but they are worth having. They are easy to clean. I love how I only have to use 1 pan to cook and bake. Normally it would be 1 pan for the stove and use another one for the oven due to the material. That’s less pots and pans to wash. They are very durable. I would definitely recommend this set.

The handles have a brushed finish that looks great and adds a little texture for a no slip grip. The pans heat evenly and hold the heat well while the nonstick coating doesn't let anything stick. This set is my new favorite in my kitchen.
