[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been eager to write this review, but wanted to wait and make sure the pans lasted. Most non-stick skillets I have purchased in the past always end up scratched and losing their non-stick properties no matter how careful I am with them. I've had these pans for almost two months now and used them almost daily and they have lost none of their non-stickability. The first time I used this skillet was to fry some eggs and I was impressed with how slippery the ceramic finish was - no sticking whatsoever. The sloped sides let you easily stir, flip or remove the food and are tall enough to keep the food in while cooking. The handle was comfortable to grab thanks to its ergonomic contour, but the pan felt a little heavier than ideal. They also sear and brown better than any other traditional non-stick pans I've used, something nonstick pans usually don't do particularly well. Since food does not stick to the surface, it makes cleanup easier. I used the soft side of the sponge and all the little bits of food and oil just wiped right off. I look forward to using these for years to come!

This is my second set of Green Pan cookware (the 1st was Valencia). We purchased a set of GP5 and tried to take excellent care of them (no dishwashing, no water in a hot pan, no metal utensils). At first, they were excellent but after 6 months, the coating is compromised and everything sticks while cooking. The design is nice, but I will not be purchasing Green Pan again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using Green Pan and I am super impressed! The quality of the pans is apparent in the look and feel. They are lightweight ceramic, and PFA & PFOA free which makes for a healthier cooking surface. I followed the directions with pre-heating the pan and used butter opposed to cooking spray. I experienced no sticking at all with any of my meals I prepared. Also just as impressive, the clean up with these pans was so simple and were completely cleaned with just gentle wiping. It's also great to know that they are dishwasher safe. The gold tone handle on these pans is so sleek and stylish, you won't feel bad about leaving them out on your cooktop. I'm definitely a new fan of this brand and can't wait to discover more of their products.

From stir fry’s, sauté veggies and pan fried chicken. It cooks so well and nothing every sticks to the pan. It’s perfect for any home. Cleaning them is so easy and quick!!

The pan started out performing OK. We followed all the rules provided which were much more restrictive than how the pan was advertised. 7 months later the pan struggles with eggs. It was an expensive pan and I’d hoped for much better. It does still clean up well but you do have to be prepared to lose half your eggs to the pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of two plans is amazing! I recently got them and have used them so many times I've lost count! Each plan has a slick, non-stick coating, which makes it easy for me to cook anything from scrambled eggs to stir fry. The stainless steel handle and body not only look great but work well under high heat too! It's made of 5 layers with two stainless steel layers on the outside, and three aluminum layers under that. The handle has a nice shape that's easy to grip. So far, the protective coating works great and there have been no heat discolorations to the steel. It's also free of lead and cadmium, and doesn't release harmful fumes if too hot. These work on all cook tops including induction. This is the perfect example of a high quality pans that you just got to have! 100% recommended!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I could love a set of frying pans so much! The GP5 stainless steel frying pan set is a premium, high-quality product. The stainless-steel bodies are gorgeous! The pans also cook great. They give the same consistent heat throughout the pan, so you are not left with specific areas that still need to be cooked while other regions start to burn. Additionally, the Infinite8 coating makes cooking clean-up so easy. These are my favorite pans. I plan on getting the whole cookware set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend. Very easy to clean. I haven't had any problems with food sticking to the pans. They are a bit heavy but that is okay. They seem like they can last for years. Highly recommend them for yourself or as a gift.

I purchased the GP5 stainless steel ceramic non-stick frying pans 9 months ago and was initially very happy with their look and feel. However, the small pan I use daily for eggs has already lost its non-stick performance—eggs now stick even with oil or butter. We take great care of our cookware and previously had the Valencia ceramic pans, which lasted almost two years before showing similar wear. I had hoped the GP5 would be an upgrade, but unfortunately, the ceramic quality hasn’t held up as expected. Disappointed given the short lifespan.
