When I used it to cook food, I discovered that the material is excellent and strong. For all that needs to be cooked, they are the ideal size. Therefore, I really enjoy having this in my kitchen and would personally suggest it to anyone who enjoys cooking.

I purchased the GP5 stainless steel ceramic non-stick frying pans 9 months ago and was initially very happy with their look and feel. However, the small pan I use daily for eggs has already lost its non-stick performance—eggs now stick even with oil or butter. We take great care of our cookware and previously had the Valencia ceramic pans, which lasted almost two years before showing similar wear. I had hoped the GP5 would be an upgrade, but unfortunately, the ceramic quality hasn’t held up as expected. Disappointed given the short lifespan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a lighter weight than usual which is a plus for me since it is much easier to lift. Although it is light weight it is not too flimsy. The nonstick surface is great, it really is nonstick and works well. It wipes out with a paper towel or damp soapy cloth for an effortless clean up after use. They take a little longer to heat up but once heated cook foods very well. I am surprised and pleased with these pans.

My pans were getting old and because I cook daily they have definitely been put to good use. I was actually a little nervous about using the pans, I didn't want to ruin them. I knew if I removed my old pans I would have no other choice than to use them. I decided to cook some sunny side up eggs in the 8 inch pan and those eggs didn't even think about sticking to this pan! The stainless steel body and gold handles are a welcome look for any kitchen. They are solid, heavy duty and extremely well made. The non stick coating works very well and I have had nothing stick to these things after many uses, unlike other pans I have experienced in the past. They also come with very clear instructions on how to avoid damaging the non stick coating. Would highly recommend

We've only had these for a couple of weeks, and so far, we like them and love having a healthy non-stick option. The reasons/cons for the 4-star rating: - The pots are heavy, especially with food inside. The sauce pans and the saute pan need handles on both sides. - GreenPan boasts about "Silhouette Rivets to create a snag-free interior and eliminate food traps", but food still gets trapped in the rivets. - The pots have trimmed edges, but it's unclear if the lids will, over time, scratch the ceramic interior.

I really like how they can go in the oven up to 600 F. I can cook hot dogs, eggs, chicken, pork chops, heat up peppers/onions and so much more. They are easy to clean as well. Very happy with these pans.
