The nonstick works great, I like the for cooking eggs especially as those always stick horribly to any of my other pans and with these two pans no sticking has happened. They clean up nicely. While I could put them in my dishwasher I haven't so far. I like the over all size of the two pans as well. the larger one is great when I'm cooking for a crowd as it is is fairly deep and a good large size pan. They are also nice and heavy and just seem like they are high quality.

My pans were getting old and because I cook daily they have definitely been put to good use. I was actually a little nervous about using the pans, I didn't want to ruin them. I knew if I removed my old pans I would have no other choice than to use them. I decided to cook some sunny side up eggs in the 8 inch pan and those eggs didn't even think about sticking to this pan! I'm super excited because I love to cook steaks in my cast iron pan & this weekend I will be using the 10 inch pan with some bacon wrapped fillet mignon & what I'm most excited about is this set of pans can go directly under the broiler and up to 600° in your oven. I like how they have some weight to them and my food never been stuck to the bottom yet. I cook with these pans everyday. Sometimes twice a day and they still look new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only are these pans beautiful and very versatile for many different types of cooking, I seriously have used a lot less oil and butter while cooking because of how non stick these pans are. Highly recommend.

These pots are the best I’ve ever owned! The heat distribution is impeccable and the tops provide great heat capture. There is not a remnant of food that doesn’t slide off like butter. The handles are sturdy and the quality of finish is 10/10. No water marks when dried. They are so beautiful I don’t want to put them away in my cabinet! They are a must buy!

We bought the GP5 set and have used it very lightly over the last 2 months. Today I attempted to make an omlette. Started on low heat and added the oil and eggs when pan was just slightly warm. Continued cooking on low heat and the eggs were welded to the pan surface. Soaked the pan in soapy water for 8 hours and I still can't get it off. It is as if the coating wasn't there at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these pans a lot. They are a nice size and they seem to be nonstick. Although, I have not used them on a high temperature (only on medium-high heat). I would not recommend putting them in the dishwasher, and would only hand wash them.

They are extremely durable, very beautiful stainless steel. The cool to the touch handle makes it easy and convenient for using without having to worry about burning your hand. The fact that they are oven safe up to 600° is an awesome feature! The nonstick surface on the inside Makes it for extremely easy clean up after cooking. Not only are these pans, beautiful, and very I appealing, but they are also extremely wonderful to cook with. I found that my food, cooks evenly, even on an electric stove, which is always been a battle of mine. I love the fact that cooking sprays are not needed, with the nonstick surface. I love the fact that it says that metal utensils can be used. However, I still choose to use silicone, cooking utensils. I highly recommend these fry pan sets to anyone! You will definitely not be disappointed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, these pans are great. Not only do they cook amazing, but they are really pretty. THe silver and gold two tones are very elegant. These pans do require a bit of a different strategy for cooking ie: no cooking spray and no high heat. Neither of these things are a bother, just something to think about. Because I haven't had these too long, I was reading that if a sticky spot does come up, Green Pan has a sponge that can fix it. I thought that was incredible to keep your pans good as new. One thing to note is these pans are really heavy, so you do need to have a little strength to carry them around the kitchen.
