Perfect to add to salads or bowls for a quick mix and getting additional proteins. I air fried them and the outside was crispy with a nice and soft inside. Just the right amount of sodium as well, they did not taste too salty or too bland. My kids love these, even though they are round and not the traditional chicken nugget shape.

The texture wasn’t what we expected — a bit dry and not very tender. The flavor also felt bland compared to other Tyson products we usually enjoy. Even after air-frying, the nuggets didn’t get very crispy and the inside tasted a little “processed” instead of real chicken. I cooked these in the air fryer and they didn’t turn out well. The smell while cooking was also a bit strong and not very appetizing. We were excited to try something “high protein,” but overall it didn’t live up to the hype for us. We probably won’t repurchase.

I loved that there were really simple ingredients and they were healthy ingredients! The lack of multiple layers of packing was much appreciated. These would work perfect for an after school snack, a quick protein pick me up, or as the protein in your meal. The versatility is endless!

I pop them in my toaster oven and follow the instructions. Super quick to make and very healthy. I’m thinking of trying with buffalo sauce next. Also it’s convenient because you can toss in the freezer so always handy to have as a staple.

The amount of protein is great and if you can air fry these with a little extra time to get rid of the texture and drown them in sauce, I’m sure they could be bearable.
