Each serving is about 4–5 nuggets (around 110g) and packs over 20g of protein, which is impressive for something that still tastes like comfort food. The outside crisps up beautifully in the air fryer, giving a satisfying crunch, while the inside stays tender, juicy, and made from real pieces of chicken breast (not that spongy or overly processed texture you get from some brands). The flavor is natural and not overly salty, and you can actually tell it’s real chicken, not overly processed. The packaging and serving size was good for what you got. The kids enjoyed them, but I was not a huge fan which is why I gave 3 stars. I liked that they had a little more flavor as they had cheese mixed in, but again the chicken just had a weird texture I’m not sure I could get past.

First off, the bag contains 3 pounds of high protein white meat chicken nuggets with easy to follow cooking methods. I used the air fry directions and they turned out perfectly moist and so tasty. I like the light seasoning and flavor of cheese in the coating which by the way, is gluten free, an added bonus for those unable to tolerate gluten. I highly recommend these as part of a main meal but they can easily be eaten as a snack or appetizer. I will definitely purchase these again. If you are looking for high protein chicken, give these a try!

My first attempt at cooking these in the air fryer, I followed the instructions on the bag, but the appearance of the nuggets did not come off as cooked fully. I was expecting a a golden look with a crispy texture, so I cooked them longer. After cooking them a little longer, I was only able to get a little crisp but the inside was so dry! The taste was so bland even with dressing. The second attempt in the air fryer, I followed the exact cooking instructions. Do not expect a crispy breading with these nuggets, the inside was a tad juicy but still really bland. I decided to try them as a chicken wrap, to hopefully bring some flavor to them but it was still a negative for me. A positive about the product is that my 5 year old daughter enjoyed them!

Nutritionally they are ok since they don’t have as many ingredients. These were the worst chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. I would not buy these again.
