They are light dont have to much going on but they have a lot of flavor. I ate my first batch without sauce on accident. These are well worth it.

I popped a few of these Tyson High Protein Chicken Nuggets into my air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes, hoping for that perfect crispy bite. They looked great coming out, and I love that they’re made with simple ingredients and high in protein — but the taste just didn’t win me over. While the addition of cheese and spices provides a good flavor, the texture of these is awful. They don't crisp up on the outside. Even after purposefully overcooking a batch, the outside never acquired the crisp texture one comes to expect from a nugget. The inside was strangely dry, even on the batches cooked precisely as directed. They have a very odd texture. It's like chewing on a dry sponge. Sadly, I think this is just a miss from the brand. I don't blame them for trying to hop onto the high-protein trend, but the execution doesn't live up to the brand's reputation. I'll be sticking with their boneless chicken bites.

I like that I can get some extra protein, and they make for such an easy meal to cook. They’re a perfect addition to my salads. They are a fairly dense chicken nugget and if even slightly overcooked they are pretty dry so. I am rating them 4 stars for their texture and moisture but it’s an easy way to get protein in.

Me on the other hand love the reel good chicken products for higher protein options. It's really nice that tyson is offering something. The flavor is fine but I do prefer the 'breading' on the reel good but I would 100% buy this again!
