[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Valencia Pro 11" pan with lid and am loving it. I am using it practically everyday for almost everything; it is such a versatile pan. I really like that the non-stick coating works so well and yet it is safe and free of forever chemicals. That is one of my main concern when buying a non-stick cookware is that it cannot have any chemicals (PFAS, PFOA, lead, etc.) that would be dangerous to my kids; this pan meets all expectations. I use this every morning for eggs, sausages or bacons, which all slide right off. Then for lunch or dinner, it is big and deep enough to use to make one pot meal for a family of 4. I also love the design and look of this pan because it looks very fancy in my kitchen. The gray design looks nice and clean without being too dark that I cannot see my caramelization. The two stainless steel handles are perfect for lifting on and off stove. Overall, this is a great pan.

I was kind of bummed out that I did not notice it was supposed to come with mold for eggs this pan is my definite go to now! I will say it had an odor the very first time I used it but it quickly goes away. And yes, it was after I prepped my pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are a great quality. They heat evenly, and cook the food perfectly without on side being more done than the other. The blue color on the pans is a nice shade that matches well with my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my performance pro frypans. They cook food to perfection without the need of cooking spray or anything because they are made with an advanced diamond coating that is free of lead, cadmium, pfas, and pfoas. I have used these pans for cooking eggs and they never stick. Even things like fish and pancakes slide off easily and never stick or burn. They heat evenly and are a breeze to clean and can even be used in the oven or broiler. The handles are comfortable and stay cool to the touch throughout cooking. These frypans are a must for any cook that needs an excellent nonstick frypan set in their kitchen. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Y'all have no idea how excited I was to be able to get this Valencia Pro Incredible Egg cooking set. I love to cook and I can always use a pan that specifically for eggs alone. This one is pretty expensive for just a pan that's like most of my other pans, but I gave it a full and fair chance & compared it to my other pans as I cooked my eggs in it for the first time. The Incredible Egg cooking set arrived at my home super quickly. They had shipped it and I didn't know until the day before it was delivered! I was glad to see that they packed the set into a bigger box with a little bit of padding to prevent any damage from happening during shipment and I really appreciated that. The Incredible Egg cooking set itself, appears to be just like all of my other cooking pans. The nice thing about this set is that it included a lid for my pan, a new spatula and even 2 silicone egg rings. I just can't see paying that much for a single pan no matter what it comes with. Which is why I'm thankful I got to try this out and see what it's like. It does cook eggs very evenly and doesn't burn or stick at all just like my other pans. I really like that I can use metal utensils on this pan without worrying about it getting scratched or chipped and you cannot really do that with most of my other pans. So I thought that was really great. The pan is broiler & dishwasher safe and can used on all kinds stove tops, including induction. So anyone can use this pan in their home no matter what kind of stove they have. You cannot beat that at all. I didn't know you couldn't use certain pans on certain stove tops until this one showed me on their original packaging. Which by the way has all the best information for you to read about the products in this set. I like the grey color but wish it would have came in a bright or neon color for some fun flair! The west the pan's handle feels in my hands is also nice. It isn't too thick and bulky feeling. It also doesn't get too hot when you're cooking. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you cannot put the glass lid for the pan or the egg rings in the oven if it's temperature is over 425 degrees F. There is a limited lifetime warranty on the pan only. I think that's great. I do recommend this pan if you can afford it! It's a real good pan for more than just eggs. I have cooked all kinds of things in mine. Also, I would totally have saved up money until I could purchase this pan at this price. It's well worth it! You guys will love it as much as I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great egg cooking kit! The pan itself is super nice and great for cooking anything, not just eggs! I love the little egg holders, it helps you make THE PERFECT sunny side up egg! It is a lot of fun. The pan is non stick and I don't even use oil or butter. Very happy with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had these pans for a couple of weeks now, and WOW have they been great! It's been smooth cookin' with these on the stovetop, whether it's eggs and sausage patties in the morning or a stir-fry for dinner. They are a very attractive blue, and they conduct heat beautifully. The non-stick performance was incredible, to the point where I genuinely get excited to go cook in the kitchen with them, especially things like fried-eggs which really need a good pan. Cleanup is easy, just a little dish soap and a soft dish scrubber and everything comes right off. These have been so much fun to use, and I'm excited to keep cooking on them for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Valencia Pro Frypan Incredible Egg Set complimentary in exchange for my honest opion!! This pan wotks really great to help make the perfect eggs!! It comes with 2 egg things and a spatula!! Says dont using cooking sprays on it because it can mess the pan up!! The pan is a little heavy.

I bought these a few weeks ago in part based on the endorsement by America's Test Kitchen. We've had an induction cooktop for 11 years, and I wanted to replace our worn pots and pans. I'm so disappointed I got rid of the old set! These are BARELY induction ready. Read the fine print! Only the base is magnetic, and just barely. (Literally, a magnet will only hold for a fraction of a second.) A good induction pot/pan is magnetic on the sides as well -- that's part of the magic of induction. The whole pot/pan is the cooking unit. But not with this! Water takes FOREVER to boil, the pans take FOREVER to heat up. If I had just replaced my cooktop, I would've assumed it was the induction. But it's not. What a waste of money. I'm going to grin and bear it for a year with this terrible set, but DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE INDUCTION.
