I got the 10" fry pan only: What I like: -Does a really good job at being non-stick, food slides right out, even without oil -Easy to clean -Comfortable steel handle has no openings for food to get trapped in -Nice dusty blue color and thick base; looks and feel more premium and warp-resistant than thinner cheaper nonstick pans -Oven and dishwasher safe is nice to have! No complaints yet!

These are the best non-stick pans I have ever used! We have been using them for about 6 months and the coat still works wonderfully. We rarely go above medium heat as the pans get warm enough to sear at that point and cook evenly. A little warm water and a rag, they clean up easily from there. We store them with the pan protectors and do not use lids that often. For us the lips have held up nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are excellent frypans. I am not a particularly great cook but these frypans make cooking easy. For example, when I have made eggs in them, whether an omelette or sunny side up eggs, they have cooked evenly with no sticking at all. Also, I love that there is no harmful Teflon in them. To get the best performance out of them, I cook low and slow on a lower heat. I hand wash them which is super easy since nothing sticks to them so it’s a quick soapy once over then rinse. Overall, these are really quality frypans and the nicest I have have ever owned.

I love these pans! They are very easy to clean, and heat evenly. I've had them for about a year and half now, and they still look brand new. I dishwash mine, but with Puracy brand soap, which doesnt have all those harsh chemicals that mess up the coating. I love knowing that i'm not exposing myself or my family to toxic PFOAS

I bought this cookware set last year I had high hopes. The look and feel of the cookware was amazing, but sadly it has not lived to my expectations. Two of my skillets are no longer non stick and I have made sure I followed all the care instructions.

Good Afternoon: I purchased three Valencia GreenPan Frypan set just before Christmas of last year. I can tell you that I was impressed with the first few uses, but then, I was quickly disappointed with the pan’s performance as everything was beginning to stick to them (all three). I am very particular with the care of all my Pots, Pans, Knives and for that matter all kitchen items as F&B is my industry. I followed all the instructions as it pertains to care and use, but that did not help. I even use pot and pan felt separators / protectors, so the pans don’t get scratched. I have since removed them from my pot and pan arsenal and they sit in a box in my garage. I am frustrated they did not work as expected., but I guess you get what you paid for. I love the idea of a ceramic non stick and avoiding chemicals. These have chipped and stained so easily after purchasing the sponges and pan protectors and following the correct care and use guidelines. Would not recommend. Waste of money, I should’ve just purchased stainless

I got this as a wedding shower gift after I put it on the registry. I was so excited to use but I'm so disappointed now, especially considering how great the reviews made this sound! I think most people tend to write reviews after a brief trial period, so here's my reflection on the product almost a year after receiving. Since we were moving into a new home right after our wedding, the set wasn't unpacked right away and has only had about 7 months of use. I hand-wash only with non-abrasive materials, use silicone cooking utensils, and use the pan protectors when storing, yet I'm still seeing scratches, chipping, and discoloration. I expect normal wear and tear to show, I understand that it's used daily so how could it not, but this seems like it was way too quick to wear. Attached you'll see some pictures. To keep this review as honest as possible, I will still say that the cookware works well, it heats up evenly and I've not had a significant amount of issues with food sticking. I liked the look of the set and I think it was an ideal combination of the types of pots, pans, and lids for every day use. Plus I liked that it came with protectors. So I'm so sad to write this review. If you are prepared for wear and tear to settle in quickly and the other benefits outweigh the cons, then this may be the right product for you. But I don't believe that a pot or pan should show this amount of damage after such short use and delicate use. It indicates low quality, in my opinion, which is not what you should get for the price these pans cost. I look forward to trying a different replacement set but I am a little cautious to get my hopes up... fingers crossed that this is a fluke

Our cookware was getting old and we were shopping for some new pans. We’ve made some pretty radical changes to our diet over the past several years and continuing to use cookware that could expose us to toxins made no sense. We did some homework and decided that Greenspan offered the products we wanted to try. To date they’ve been really great. Easy to cook with, easy to clean, and they look nice too.
