I loved my Valencia pro fry pans so much, they are smooth, stainless steel bottomed, unlike the set I bought that has a nubbly black bottom on it. I was hesitant to even use it, but I thought surely it must not be harmful to glass induction cooktops otherwise they wouldn't sell it. Well, I was wrong, my cooktop was blemish free until I started using these pans. Makes me sad, because I do love cooking with them. I will use them sparingly and only with a towel under them, which thankfully I can do with an induction cooktop. Don't know what you can do to protect a regular glass top cooktop though.

The surface is silky smooth and eggs do not stick at all. I have cooked meat, potatoes and other things on this skillet all comes our great. Easy to clean, and easy to use - love it

The food cooked on it tastes a bit different than the food cooked in my stainless steel pan, but it's not such a difference that it makes me not want to use them. I could see myself taking these pans with me if I travel or anything. That's how much I like them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the past few years I've been trying to replace out my cookware with more healthy non-toxic non-stick options. I've bought a few different brands here and there to test which brand I really want to invest in. The Original Green Pan has been, hands down, the best investment. I have found that with some brands, when you heat the pans to hot, they turn brown and basically have an horrible aftertaste after that. It's like throwing money away. Green Pan has the best diversity. The pots and pans can go in the oven too! I can cook on the stove top and finish off inside the oven without a worry. The heat dispersement is really nice on these. They cook evenly every time! You can even use metal utensils to cook with!! Theres no toxic fumes or off gassing when you cook. Its a ceramic coating that originates from sand, so no PFAS, Lead or PFOA's to worry about. I have little kids so this is always a top priority. I also like that the nonstick coating has been third party tested and certified by the Swiss government, and they're incredibly picky about food standards. I love this cookware company and I'm officially done testing out what ones I want to invest in. I'm all in on The Green Pan! Highly recommend!!

Bought in November '21 as a gift for my wife. We've been using since December 25th '21 (a little shy of two months as of this writing). The pans conduct heat very well and evenly, the nonstick is very good. We do not use cooking sprays, use only wood or silicon utensils (even though the pan is supposedly metal utensil safe), clean only with soft, non-abrasive sponge by hand and diligently use pan protectors to store. The stockpot and frypans are all already chipping at the lips, the stockpot on the bottom as well. Contacted customer service and they told me it's normal and safe and asked if I wanted more pan protectors. Again, hasn't even been two months of use. Not ideal and I'm not looking forward to replacing them in a few more months if the chipping continues at this rate, but those replacements won't be GP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pan for cooking eggs. I melt butter and then cook my eggs. The eggs never stick and so it is so easy to clean. When I am done I just wipe the sides with a paper towel to get any leftover egg off and then clean in with soap in my sink. I really love the spactula it comes with as well. It cleans really easily also.

But this pan is just what i needed. It’s nonstick and I don’t have to spend my mornings scrubbing off egg residue. The circular cutout for eggs is perfect! I could now have a perfect circle for my sandwiches. My kids loved how neat their eggs turned out. The set even comes with a silicone spatula which works great. This has made my mornings a lot easier.

I have been cooking with my new pots and pans for two months now, on an induction cooktop (which is new to me). I LOVE my pots and pans. They are sturdy, cook evenly, are truly nonstick, and so far, are doing great in the dishwasher. I handwash whenever I can/have time, but it is really nice to be able to throw them in with the days' dishes. I got the navy color and it is gorgeous. Very happy with my purchase!

The inside of the pan is soooooo smooth, and the way it fried our eggs for toast was amazing!!! I forgot to take a picture during and after the egg drying because my husband and I kept talking about all the pans we have had that never made an egg like that, and it always made the egg stick. Not this one!!! Would def recommend! Looking to gift my mom one for her birthday, but with a lid.
