These are the best non-stick pans I have ever used! We have been using them for about 6 months and the coat still works wonderfully. We rarely go above medium heat as the pans get warm enough to sear at that point and cook evenly. A little warm water and a rag, they clean up easily from there. We store them with the pan protectors and do not use lids that often. For us the lips have held up nicely.

The rings are ok, the provided spatula isn't what I would grab to flip eggs though! I do think the pan is really high quality and durable without being heavy.

After reviewing other brands, I decided in the GreenPan and LOVE them! Everything the description states is true. I was looking for nontoxic cookware with a truly nonstick surface. These met all my expectations and more. I’ve had others, who have used my cookware, comment on how well they cook and clean up. Would for sure purchase more cookware to add to my set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Performances Pro Frypan pans have excellent nonstick. The sizes of the pan are great for frying large and small portions. Love that they can go from the stove to the oven. They’re very durable and easy to clean as nothing is sticking to the pan. They are light weight and can be used on many heating surfaces.

We bought this set of pans a few months ago and have not had a good experience with these “nonstick” pans. We have tried several things while cooking and cleaning to get these pans to work the way they are advertised but have had nothing but issues with them. Everything sticks and they have already chipped in a couple of spots.

The two sizes are perfect for our family of five. I have made eggs, meats and warmed tortillas in them. I really appreciate how easy it is to clean them. They are dishwasher safe, but it has been easy to just use a soft cloth and mild dish soap. No scrubbing has been needed.

I recently got these pans and absolutely love that I can cook with less oils and no cooking spray. It was amazing. My vegetables cooked perfectly and didn’t get soggy from cooking spray or EVOO. Then I popped it in the dishwasher to clean it. I love it and can’t wait to get another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 11" Everyday Pan with Lid. The pan has a good weight to it and sits nice and flat on the stove top. The flat cooking surface inside the pan is about 9" and it has an even heat with no hot spots. The lid fits perfectly even with no wobbling. I have used this pan almost everyday for a week now and I love how versatile it is. I love being able to sear my meats on the stove top and finish it off in the oven all in one pan. I have had no problems with foods sticking. This pan is so easy to clean, it wipes clean with a damp paper towel and then washed in hot soapy water with a sponge. I highly recommend this pan it is definitely a pan you will use everyday.
