Do not buy these! They are the worst. My first set lost its stick within a year. So I looked at the care instructions and thought there were some aspects I could do better so I got another set and within six months following the care instructions diligently they were sticking so badly it was ruining meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a while ago to replace an old worn out pan. The size is great for my family of 4 and it has a really nice look to it. Ive used it several times and it really is non stick. The only thing that worries me is that there's a buildup of coating on the inside from the manufacturer process I'm really hoping that doesn't become a place for it to flake off.

I think these are it! They are amazing nonstick and they clean real easy. The only thing I don’t like is the handles tend to get hot so make sure you usual an oven mitt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I replaced my old, worn Teflon-coated fry pan with a new ceramic-coated one, the Valencia from GreenPan. I am so happy with how evenly and quickly it heats up, I decided I needed more to replace my other aging pans. These have a beautiful navy blue color with metallic-looking sparkles in them, and so far nothing sticks to the surface. I've even made crepes in them, and they turned out better than any I've made in the last 30 years. Don't worry about their metal handles getting hot; they stay comfortably cool to the touch. These are fantastic pans!

They are amazing nothing sticks to them. They are so easy to clean. You can cook anything in them. You can also put them in the oven. Love them!

Good Afternoon: I purchased three Valencia GreenPan Frypan set just before Christmas of last year. I can tell you that I was impressed with the first few uses, but then, I was quickly disappointed with the pan’s performance as everything was beginning to stick to them (all three). I am very particular with the care of all my Pots, Pans, Knives and for that matter all kitchen items as F&B is my industry. I followed all the instructions as it pertains to care and use, but that did not help. I even use pot and pan felt separators / protectors, so the pans don’t get scratched. I have since removed them from my pot and pan arsenal and they sit in a box in my garage. I am frustrated they did not work as expected., but I guess you get what you paid for. I have had my Greenpan set for just over three months and have been blown away! I am a food and beverage consultant and have three full sets of pans at home (copper from a beautiful French company, stainless from a Pennsylvania company, and cast from good ol’ Tennessee) and this sets holds its own against any of them! I was surprised to discover the thickness and heat distribution and durability on these pans. They are exquisite for high/fast cooking with little oils. I use them now for all of my lighter and healthy cooking and have found them to be superior to all other nonstick pans on the market!

Received this set last Christmas. Followed all the directions to a T as far as cooking & cleaning. By June, food was starting to stick to them. Now, in October, I’m spending 20 minutes trying to scrub eggs off the pans each time. Wish they would have lasted longer.
