Great weight and design for a mid priced frypan set. So being in the mid price catagory, this set is a great value. One of many Green Pan purchases over the years. I keep going back every year for the Holidays to add to my collection, my girlfriends, and my mothers.

I was disappointed that the handles on the pans and the handles on the lids get VERY Hot. Also, the inside coating on the Dutch Oven is begining to wear off after only 3 uses. Maybe I got one that was defective. I was just hoping for better quality with the price. I have hand washed each pan, after use, which is not what I was hoping to do. While they do say dishwasher safe, I was concerned that the Finish would peal more so than it has. I am disappointed that I bought these and would not recommend to anyone for purchase.

These are absolutely the best pans I've ever used. So easy to clean, so nice to cook with, I have zero complaints about them. They are slightly easy to chip around the edges, but that has happened to every pan I've had and it doesn't change how amazing they are!

Quality induction pan but the handles aren’t very comfortable to hold. It’s difficult to pour food out — I have to use both hands instead of having one hand on the handle and another holding the spatula. I’d recommend redesigning the handles for easy pouring and comfortable holding.

I had no idea how much I have been slumming it with my former nonstick pans. Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick pans work beautifully. Pans are solid and feel as if constructed with quality material. Easy to handle and there is even heat distribution. So far, I have made eggs. The omelette slid onto the plate from the pan as smoothly as an ice skater on fresh ice (just after the Zamboni machine has finished). Induction friendly too!

I’ve only had the pans a short while, but I’ve used them and am impressed with the non stick, the heat distribution, and really like the weight of the pans. I ordered the midnight blue, and really like it. I cook a lot, so I’m hoping to have these pans a long time!

Really enjoying cooking with my new Valencia set and the GreenPan cooking and baking trays I bought too. I chose the Valencia set based on independent reviews and so far really living up to expectations: cooks brilliantly, easy to clean and makes me look forward to cooking!

We’ve been using these pans for a little over two weeks and are so impressed with the nonstick. I thought we had nonstick in the past, but it was nothing like this, so not I’m not really even sure we did. We are being careful to follow the care instructions and letting the pans cool before cleaning. Excited to see how they hold up! So far, no regrets whatsoever. We plan to buy more from the brand to add to our collection as needed.

It’s an amazing pan. It’s definitely what it say it is, non-stick, scratch proof, to include utilizing metal utensils. I was afraid to use it at first but I took the chance carefully and it didn’t fazed the pans at all. So easy to clean and everything I cooked, cooked evenly. Loved and loved these pans. Recommended it to my friends!!!

The Valencia pans are beautiful! Cook evenly on gas stove top and so easy to clean!
