The Valencia Pro is a great set of cookware. Cooks well, food does not stick, and cleans very easily. Very happy with it all and am going to purchase more pieces.

Was looking for a Professional grade and Health conscious cookware set. This was that set. Using them, per the care instructions included has allowed us to have some of the best tasting food.

So far, the pan works great. I've cooked both eggs and fish on it with great results - absolutely no sticking at all if you use a little bit of oil in the pan, as the directions suggest. Washing it is super easy, too.

Pans heat quickly and evenly. They clean up very easily. Even though they are dishwasher safe, they clean so easily I just clean them by hand. The non-stick feature works very well.

These pans are great! They are easy to clean and use. The set had all of the pots and pans that I use! It is a perfect set for my new induction cooktop.

I bought a three piece pan set. The coating is very well done in the inside of the pans however I've started to notice that the bottom coating is starting to wear off and the pans are only a month old.

I purchased this set of pans for my son for his birthday and he was so happy to receive pans with a non stick coating without any of the bad stuff in them. We have one of the Green Pans and love it.

I loved my first pan but ended up not following the instruction and used a spray shorting at high heat which discolored the pan slight. I love the pan so much I replaced it with the set of 3. Great product but follow the instructions.

Adding to the collection. We needed a larger frying pan for omelets. We switched to Greenpan because we bought an induction range. The pans have worked perfectly on it - no vibrations or buzzing. Definitely a sign of a good quality product.

I am very happy with this set! They really have been non stick and so easy to clean. I am careful to follow the instructions about only using medium heat and do hand wash. I love these and have already recommended them to family.
