I love these pots and pans. I bought an induction stove so needed to replace my old cookware and I wanted cookware safe from pollution. After looking and looking at many options, I selected these. They are beautiful, I learned how to heat them correctly and they are totally non-stick so they clean very, very easily. This particular set came with just about everything I needed to outfit my kitchen. The only other thing I bought was a wok, and I bought a Green Pan one. (Love that one also.) Thank you!

I had bought this same set after much research in grey but lost them in the California fires. Reordered in blue. Great color. Only downside is you do really have to use a lubricant like oil for optimum nonstick but health trade offs of no toxins released is worth it.

I have been wanting to upgrade my pans to nontoxic and finally did so! I love the safety of these pans - I feel so much better cooking knowing I am reducing/eliminating the potential of toxins entering my food and my families bodies. I love the look of these and they work great. I would highly recommend if you are looking to make the switch to a nontoxic cookware set!

Amazing quality, I cannot get over how easy to clean, maintain, and cook with these are. I love them. I even bought a stock pot and another few pans to match. Just fantastic cookware and I feel safe eating out of them. It brought back my love of cooking.

The Valencia Pro Ceramic Frypans are really amazing! I absolutely look forward to cooking meals. They are totally nonstick making it easy to move the food around the pan allowing for even cooking. And the best part the clean up is a breeze! Most importantly however is knowing I’m cooking more healthy for my family by not exposing them to harmful chemicals from the pans. I love these pans and highly recommend them!

OMG I’ve been using the same torn up nonstick pans for the past 20 years. The Valencia Greenpan cookware has been sent to me from heaven above! I have never enjoyed cooking so much and the cleanup is magically easy. Seriously why did I not purchase these pans sooner!? Amazing!

I was disappointed that the handles on the pans and the handles on the lids get VERY Hot. Also, the inside coating on the Dutch Oven is begining to wear off after only 3 uses. Maybe I got one that was defective. I was just hoping for better quality with the price. I have hand washed each pan, after use, which is not what I was hoping to do. While they do say dishwasher safe, I was concerned that the Finish would peal more so than it has. I am disappointed that I bought these and would not recommend to anyone for purchase.

This is my second set of Green Pans. I bought my first set on 6/29/2008. It was a 12 piece cook & bakeware set. Absolutely fabulous set. It was time for a new set though and I knew I could count on getting a reliable and beautiful product. I just opened the box and am so excited to cook with this new set! Thank you for making a quality product.

This pan is AMAZING. The nonstick coating makes it so easy to clean, it sears meat PERFECTLY and heats up so quickly and evenly. I have made several dishes from stovetop to oven with ease, and I’m in love! Two small notes: the base of the pan is a bit smaller than I expected, so I can fit about 4 bone-in chicken thighs in there, but not MUCH more at the base. Also, I like the double handles for ease of picking up/lack of obstruction but they do get hot.

I’ve only had the pans a short while, but I’ve used them and am impressed with the non stick, the heat distribution, and really like the weight of the pans. I ordered the midnight blue, and really like it. I cook a lot, so I’m hoping to have these pans a long time!
