Before I purchased the Extreme Coaster I read several reviews. I don't recall finding, but maybe 1 negative. This is what encouraged me to go ahead with the purchase. I'm SO glad I did!! My 4yr old daughter LOVES it! It encourages exercise by pushing the cart back up the ramp and she is always willing to take turns when we have company over. [...]!! Can't get much better than this!!

I bought this coaster for my twin 3 year old grandkids, because I babysit them everyday and they love being outside. They have sooo much fun on it ! I am a 55 year old female and managed to put it together by myself, without any problems. Our back yard is sloped so I mowed the grass really low and sent them on their way. They get their monies worth going down the coaster and then zoom down through the sloped back yard. I love Step2 products ! They have the little playhouse that was given to us and I bought them the Retro Diner for Christmas. They are all well made, sturdy, safe and the kids play for hours. The only con may be that when the car sits in the grooves at the top of the coaster, it can break loose while the child is climbing into it, but that is probably because it is on the slope. They recommend you don't do that, so I just hold the car until they are safely sitting in it. No problem. I would recommend this fun coaster to anyone. Thank you Step2 ! Another fine product !

We haven't used the extreme coaster yet because it is a Christmas gift, but have had the smaller coaster for several years. My 6 year old grandson tried the extreme coaster that was set up in a toy store for that reason. He loved it! It's really fast and goes really far.Our small coaster was a hit and a child magnet. Every child that came over headed for it first thing. I can't see how this coaster won't be an even a bigger hit. I recommended the smaller one to a friend last year and her grandchildren loved it too. This is a really fun, well built toy that will last for years. It makes a great addition to all the other outdoor equipment we have for the grandkids. I recommend it highly!!

Our grandsons have the regular roller coaster in their playroom at home, so NanNan and Papa purchased the Extreme coaster for our house. Our older grandson is 2 years old, so I was a little hesitant that he might not be big enough for the extreme(given that the picture has the child in a helmet....!), however, this is AWESOME. What fun! We have a sloped backyard which can add to the fun, but our grandsons love pushing the car back up to the coaster-track and climbing the built-in steps to the starting position. MANY hours of play, several kids can be involved, and they won't outgrow it for several more years. Besides, after several trips up and down they are physically tired and sleep like rocks! What's not to like??

The Coaster is great! My little one (he's just a little over 2) wear's himself out with this toy. I don't trust him completely on his own yet because he doesn't pay attention to the stairs. With a little help from mom & dad though he has a great time with it. The only thing that I could see changing is the sides, when you slide the car up and go to sit down, well if you miss the car you could fall off. If it came with just a little taller sides, just at the top, I would feel more secure. Other than that minor issue...it is GREAT!

We love this product just have to somehow keep my son from climbing up on it without our supervision. It is easy for him to push the car up himself, but the platform at the top is not wide enough for him to climb into the cart easily which in turn makes it easier for him to topple over onto the ground below. It is all that I thought it would be. It is easy to move around so that the car doesn't leave permanent tracks in the yard. So easy to put together and the kids have no problem pushing the car back up the ramp because of the steps in the middle. The car stays put at the top until the child pushes off. One twin likes to jump off the top. Beware if you have a dare-devil.

We bought this for our sons 2nd birthday. At first he was more interested in climbing the stairs but after showing him how it worked he was ready to play. He is on the small side but on the third attemt he was able to push the car up the stairs on his own. We haven't shown him how to push off the sides yet but we make him count 1,2,3,go and then we push him. As soon as the car stops he says "more". We let some kids of all ages play on the roller coaster at his party and they all loved it.

My daughter is 8, and she loves the coaster! We have neighbor kids ages 3 to 10 using it. It is very safe and sturdy, and the kids all have a blast! We have it on the side of our house facing the backyard. Our backyard has a slight slope, so they coast close to 30 feet. A little pricey, but I'd rather spend a little more on something that is played with every day than to spend less on something that just sits unused. Great product!

I bought the Extreme Coaster for my 5 year old daughter who plays on it for hours and hours alone or with her friends. I REALLY LIKE THE COASTER BECAUSE IT IS ONE OF THE FEW TOYS THAT WAS DESIGNED FOR HUSKY KIDS. This coaster is not only for entertainment but is it also good for exercise. The Extreme Coaster is a 5 STAR toy!
